聊城市高中体育教师职后教育的调查研究

【摘要】：在终身教育理念和经济全球化影响下,体育教育工作需要一支优秀的体育教师队伍。通过研究聊城市高中体育教师职后教育的经验,是为了更好地提高聊城市高中体育教师的知识能力和素养,增加教师的创新能力和研究能力。以聊城市高中体育教师职后教育为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、比较法、逻辑分析法、数据统计法和文献资料法等,对聊城高中体育教师职后教育的现状情况进行调查研究得出下面的结论:1.在职后教育观念认识上,92.06%的教师能充分认识到参加职后教育的重要性和必要性。在职后教育的认识这一方面县属的认识程度相对区属的教师稍微弱一些。2.职后教育的培养模式主要集中在岗前培训和教师教育机构集中培训两个模式上。在岗前培训上发现县属教师做的不如区属部门。3.聊城市71.2%的高中体育教师对职后教育教学内容的安排和课程设置认为较合理。在职后教育培训的内容和课程的安排,区属高中体育教师和县属高中体育教师对职后教育课程和内容设置满意度上相差不大。4.在调查过程中部分高中体育教师反映教学任务过于繁重。特别是对于县属的教师来讲,时间和资金都相对于区属的紧张一些。5.60.8%的高中体育教师认为职后教育是有帮助的。区属教师和县属教师在受到职后教育之后大部分教师都认为对自己是有帮助的。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of lifelong education and economic globalization, physical education needs an excellent team of PE teachers. The purpose of this paper is to improve the knowledge ability and accomplishment of PE teachers in Liaocheng senior high school, and to increase their innovative ability and research ability through studying the experiences of physical education teachers in Liaocheng senior high school. Taking the post-service education of high school PE teachers in Liaocheng as the research object, the author adopts questionnaire survey, comparative method, logic analysis method, data statistics method and literature method, etc. The present situation of physical education in Liaocheng Senior Middle School is investigated and studied, and the following conclusion is drawn: 1. 92.06% of teachers can fully realize the importance and necessity of participating in post-service education. The cognition of post-service education in this respect, the degree of understanding of county is slightly weaker than that of teachers belonging to district. 2. The training mode of post-service education mainly focuses on two modes: pre-post training and teacher training. In pre-post training found that county teachers do not as well as district departments. 3. 71.2% of senior high school PE teachers in Liaocheng think that the arrangement of teaching content and curriculum of post-vocational education is more reasonable. The content and curriculum arrangement of post-service education and training, district senior high school physical education teachers and county senior high school physical education teachers' satisfaction with the post-vocational education curriculum and content setting satisfaction. 4. 4. In the process of investigation, some high school PE teachers reflect that the teaching task is too heavy. Especially for county teachers, the time and funds are relative to the district. 5.60.8% of high school physical education teachers think that post-vocational education is helpful. Most district and county teachers consider themselves helpful after post-employment education.
