环保服务业成长能力的微观基础分析

【摘要】:我国环保服务业自20世纪90年代从零开始发展,随后迅速进入了快速发展时期,服务领域、从业单位和人员的数量、市场规模及容量、服务质量与水平均有了一定程度的提高,但我国环保服务业产值占环保产业产值的比重低于国际平均水平,我国环保服务业仍具有强大的发展潜力。在政府政策的支持和推动下,促进环保服务业企业成长已逐渐成为成为环保服务业和环保产业政策的着力点。本文以中国证监会2016年第一季度公布的行业分类中属于“生态保护和环境治理业”的9家上市公司为研究对象,以托宾q值为其成长性代表指标,通过对上市公司的企业规模、偿债能力、科研创新能力、盈利能力四个方面和资产规模、资产负债率、速动比率、无形资产比率、技术人员比重、营业利润率六个影响因素指标进行分析。本文首先在开篇中交代了文章的的研究背景和研究意义,并从环保服务业成长性、上市公司成长性影响因素以及托宾q值三个方面进行了文献综述,同时表明了本文的主要研究框架内容以及创新点。文章以企业成长理论与托宾q理论作为整篇文章的理论支撑,在界定成长能力、环保产业、环保服务业等关键概念的基础上采用描述性统计分析、灰色关联分析以及VAR模型分析的方法先后对我国环保服务业上市的目前发展状况、资产规模等六个影响因素与成长性关联程度、资产规模等六个影响因素与成长性关系三个方面进行了分析。为了更好的说明资产规模等六个影响因素与环保服务业成长性关联度,文章在第4部分灰色关联分析部分加入环保制造业与环保服务业的对比分析。通过第3、4、5章对环保服务业上市公司成长性的分析,得出了:我国的环保服务业产业发展时间较短,市场需求较为旺盛,但是现有的产业供给无法满足庞大的市场需求,大力发展环保服务业存在较为明显的市场可能性。同时我国环保服务业企业在发展中面临着如下问题:第一:企业对资金需求较大,而资金来源渠道少,融资困难;第二,企业速动资产过多,不利于企业扩大生产和服务的规模;第三,无形资产比重低且存在浪费问题,缺少人才,易引起创新力不足;第四,产品单一化,盈利渠道狭窄等问题。从微观基础的角度具体探究我国环保服务业的成长状况和成长能力后,本文转换研究视角,立足环保服务业产业,运用P(政治)E(经济)S(社会)T(技术)分析法,具体分析环保服务业产业成长的外部环境,及外部环境对环保服务业产业的影响。通过全文分析,文章从产业和企业两个角度得出研究结论,并在最后提出了以下5点建议:政府引导闲散资金,搭建企业融资平台;明确企业权责,规范新业态发展;分类政府财政资金,发挥税收补偿作用;设立分级动态环评标准,建设环保效果评价体系;搭建大数据服务平台,推动研究成果产业化。
[Abstract]:The environmental protection service industry of our country began to develop from zero in the 1990s, and then rapidly entered the period of rapid development. The number of service units and personnel, market size and capacity, service quality and level have been improved to a certain extent in the field of service, and the number of employees, market size and capacity, service quality and level have been improved to a certain extent. However, the proportion of the value of environmental protection service industry to the output value of environmental protection industry in China is lower than that of the international average, and China's environmental protection service industry still has strong development potential. With the support and promotion of government policy, promoting the growth of enterprises in environmental protection service industry has gradually become the focus of environmental protection service industry and environmental protection industry policy. In this paper, 9 listed companies in the industry classification published by CSRC in the first quarter of 2016 belong to "ecological protection and environmental governance industry" as the research object, and Tobin Q value is taken as its growth representative index, and the scale of the listed companies is analyzed. The paper analyzes the four aspects of debt service ability, scientific research and innovation ability, profitability, asset size, asset-liability ratio, quick ratio, intangible assets ratio, technical personnel proportion and operating profit margin. At the beginning of this paper, the author explains the research background and significance of the research, and summarizes the literature from three aspects: the growth of the environmental protection service industry, the influencing factors of the growth of listed companies and the Tobin Q value. At the same time, this paper shows the main research framework and innovation. Based on the theory of enterprise growth and Tobin Q theory, the paper uses descriptive statistical analysis on the basis of defining the key concepts of growth ability, environmental protection industry, environmental protection service industry, etc. The methods of grey correlation analysis and VAR model analysis have been applied to the current development of environmental protection service industry listing in China, and the relationship between the six influencing factors, such as the scale of assets, and the growth degree. The relationship between asset size and growth is analyzed in three aspects. In order to better explain the relationship between the six influencing factors such as asset size and the growth of environmental protection service industry, this paper adds the comparative analysis between environmental protection manufacturing industry and environmental protection service industry in the fourth part of grey relational analysis. Through the analysis of the growth of the listed companies in the environmental protection service industry in Chapter 3 / 4 / 5, it is concluded that the development time of the environmental protection service industry in China is relatively short and the market demand is strong, but the existing industrial supply cannot meet the huge market demand. There are obvious market possibilities to develop the environmental protection service industry. At the same time, the enterprises in the environmental protection service industry in China are facing the following problems: first, the enterprises have a large demand for capital, but the sources of funds are small, and the financing is difficult; second, the enterprises have too many quick assets. It is not good for enterprises to expand the scale of production and service; third, the proportion of intangible assets is low and there are waste problems, lack of talent, easy to lead to lack of innovation; fourth, single products, narrow profit channels and other problems. After exploring the growth and ability of environmental protection service industry in China from the angle of microcosmic foundation, this paper changes the research angle, bases on the environmental protection service industry, and applies the analysis method of P (political) S (social science and technology). This paper analyzes the external environment of the environmental protection service industry growth and the influence of the external environment on the environmental protection service industry. Through the full text analysis, the article draws the research conclusion from the industry and the enterprise two angles, and finally puts forward the following five suggestions: the government guides the idle fund, builds the enterprise financing platform, clarifies the enterprise authority and responsibility, standardizes the new business development; Classification of government financial funds to play the role of tax compensation; set up a hierarchical dynamic environmental impact assessment standard, build environmental impact evaluation system; build big data service platform, promote the industrialization of research results.
