省域基础教育信息化差异研究

【摘要】：近些年,信息技术的快速发展对经济、社会、人类生活的各个方面都产生了深远的影响,特别是对教育产生了极其深刻的影响。在信息技术的催化下,教育正面临着一场深刻变革。信息时代教育发展的重要特征主要体现在学校教育空间的开放性、教育时间的终身性、教育对象的全民性等方面。以教育信息化带动教育现代化,实现教育跨越式发展,是我国教育事业改革和发展的战略选择。基础教育信息化在教育现代化过程中起着重要作用。我国基础教育信息化发展具备了一定的基础,但同时也出现了一些问题,主要表现在基础教育信息化城乡发展不平衡,城乡之间投入和产出差异明显。本文在省域视角下对基础教育信息化现状、绩效问题等进行了探讨。在研究的过程中运用了文献研究法、问卷调查法、层次分析法和数据包络分析法等。对省域内随机抽取60所初中展开了调研,对数据进行分析和整理,找出制约基础教育信息化发展的主要因素,并提出合理化对策。本文共分为七个部分:第一部分为绪论,详细阐述了本文的背景、研究的目的和意义、研究内容和方法、国内外教育信息化发展研究现状。第二部分为相关概念的简述,对教育信息化的概念、特征、教育信息化的评价指标体系等方面进行全面的论述。第三部分为指标体系的设计与确认,详细阐述了评价指标体系内容,指标权重的确定,调查问卷的设计,调查问卷的信度和效度的确认。第四部分为数据的统计和分析,基本情况描述性统计分析、调查对象的选取、数据的分析。第五部分为省域基础教育信息化绩效评价研究,包括绩效指标,学校绩效评价,分析存在的问题。第六部分为分析和对策,从表象和本质进行分析,提出对策和建议。第七部分为总结与展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has had a profound impact on the economy, society and all aspects of human life, especially on education. Under the catalysis of information technology, education is facing a profound change. The important characteristics of the development of education in the information age are mainly reflected in the openness of the school education space, the lifelong nature of the educational time, and the whole people's character of the educational object. It is a strategic choice for the reform and development of education in China to promote the modernization of education and realize the development of education by leaps and bounds. Basic education information plays an important role in the process of educational modernization. The development of basic education informatization in our country has a certain foundation, but at the same time, there are some problems, which are mainly reflected in the imbalance of the development of basic education informatization between urban and rural areas, and the obvious difference between urban and rural input and output. This paper discusses the current situation and performance of informatization in basic education from the perspective of provincial level. In the course of the study, literature research, questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis are used. In this paper, 60 junior middle schools in the province are randomly selected, the data are analyzed and sorted out, the main factors restricting the development of basic education information are found out, and the rational countermeasures are put forward. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, the background of this paper, the purpose and significance of the research, the research content and methods, and the current situation of the development of educational informatization at home and abroad. The second part is a brief description of the related concepts, including the concept, characteristics and evaluation index system of educational informatization. The third part is the design and confirmation of the index system, including the content of the evaluation index system, the determination of the index weight, the design of the questionnaire, the confirmation of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The fourth part is the statistics and analysis of the data, the basic descriptive statistical analysis, the selection of the survey object and the analysis of the data. The fifth part is the performance evaluation research of provincial elementary education informatization, including performance indicators, school performance evaluation, analysis of existing problems. The sixth part is the analysis and the countermeasure, from the appearance and the essence carries on the analysis, puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestion. The seventh part is the summary and prospect.
