乌鲁木齐银行个人绩效管理系统设计与实现
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of our country has developed rapidly, the gross national product and people's living standard have been greatly improved, people's financial management consciousness has also been raised, and the bank is an important financial management and service institution. In order to improve their competitiveness and improve their operating efficiency, banks are constantly exploring high-level management methods, such as: performance incentive mechanism. Introduction of efficient management tools and other ways. Performance incentive is to consider the work content and workload of the staff as a whole, and give appropriate punishment and incentive measures through the implementation of assessment, in order to enhance the enthusiasm of the staff, and then promote the overall strength and competitiveness of the bank. Therefore, banks urgently need a set of information management system which can effectively improve the performance of enterprises to cope with the survival and competition pressure from the industry and outside. The information management system is a management tool that uses computer and network technology to replace manual work mode, and the performance management system is a set of software system to realize the information management of bank employees' performance appraisal work. This management system can improve the malpractice of the traditional appraisal work of the bank, introduce the business process of the bank performance management into the information management system, adopt this kind of management way can reduce the management cost of the appraisal work, Improve the efficiency of the assessment, achieve the purpose of optimizing bank management. Performance appraisal according to the level classification, can be divided into: organizational assessment, departmental assessment and individual assessment. This paper is a personal performance management system based on Urumqi Bank's performance management concept and appraisal process. The performance management system designed in this paper is based on the existing performance management work of Urumqi Bank. The design and development process of the system has experienced demand analysis and functional module division. System software architecture and database design. The project chooses the design pattern based on J2EE development platform and B / S, adopts the efficient code management tool: Eclipse, and the database system chooses SQL Server 2005. The function modules of the system include: index database management, performance system management, evaluation plan and implementation management, evaluation management, result feedback and application management, statistical analysis and so on. Finally, the whole system is tested and summarized.
