安徽省林权抵押贷款融资的问题研究
[Abstract]:Since 2003, China has begun to implement the reform of forest tenure system, and pilot activities have been gradually carried out in various regions, so that the property rights of forest land are gradually clarified. The important content of the reform of forest property right system is to carry out the financing of forest right mortgage loan. This new financing business promotes the diversification of bank financing and takes the right to use forest land and trees as collateral, which further promotes the capitalization of forest resources. Anhui Province has a large area of collective forest area, the status of the country is very important, forestry for Anhui Province's economic development and social progress has a very important significance. Vigorously promoting the development of forestry economy and reforming the current unreasonable forest right system play an important role in improving the quality of rural ecological environment in this province, and help to ensure the sustainable, stable and orderly development of forestry economy. It is not only helpful to improve the financial predicament of forestry farmers to obtain financing by mortgage, but also may become a way to solve the expansion of reproduction of forest farmers. On the basis of synthetically drawing lessons from domestic and foreign related research results, this paper takes Anhui Province as the research object, takes forestry classification management theory, property right theory, information asymmetry theory, financial innovation theory and other related theories as the guidance basis. Based on the investigation data of 12 villages and towns in 5 cities of Anhui Province, the paper analyzes the financing status of forest property mortgage loan in Anhui Province by using the field investigation method, using the empirical analysis method and using SPSS software to carry out the backward multivariate regression screening. This paper makes econometric analysis on the factors affecting the availability of forest tenure mortgage loan in Anhui Province, and finds out the existing problems synthetically. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given from the macro, meso and micro levels. It is hoped that the reliability of the conclusions of this paper can be enhanced by practical investigation, which will give some reference value to the dilemma of forest property mortgage financing in various regions. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the background and significance of this research topic, and summarizes the research results at home and abroad, and then introduces the research content and research methods used in this paper, as well as the existing innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter is the related concepts and basic theories. It mainly introduces the related professional concepts and the theories used in this paper. The concept of mortgage financing and the availability of forest mortgage financing are expounded. The third chapter is about the development of forestry right mortgage financing in Anhui province. Firstly, the paper describes the basic course and achievements of the forest property right system reform, and then discusses the implementation procedure and mode of the forest property right mortgage loan financing in Anhui Province and the existing problems. The fourth chapter is the case study of forest right mortgage financing in Feidong County. In this paper, the sampling data of small area in Feidong County of Anhui Province were obtained by field investigation, and the present situation and predicament of forest right mortgage financing in Feidong County were understood. The fifth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the financing of forest right mortgage loan in Anhui province. Based on the discussion of the first four chapters, this chapter expands the sample size to 12 villages and towns in 5 cities and towns in Anhui Province. Using SPSS econometric analysis, the main factors that affect the forest rights mortgage financing of forestry farmers in Anhui Province are obtained. And what are the needs of forest farmers for the current policy. Through on-the-spot investigation and in-depth understanding of Anhui Province forest tenure mortgage financing problems need to be solved and improved at present, for the following suggestions and countermeasures pointed out the direction. The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and the countermeasure suggestion. According to the previous five chapters of Anhui Province forest tenure mortgage financing analysis, from the macro, meso, micro three levels of the current problems put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
