江阴制造业企业空间布局研究

【摘要】：近年来,传统产业产能过剩,资源消耗过大等问题愈发凸显,以传统制造业为主体的县域经济发展面临巨大危机。随着土地开发濒临极限,劳动力成本持续增加,本就资源有限的县域工业发展更是举步维艰。县域制造业企业作为县域经济发展的主力军,通过优化其企业空间布局,可在一定程度上降低资源、成本等因素的制约,推动县域工业的转型升级。江阴凭借发达的工业经济基础,连续多年在“百强县”排名中居首位,然而近年来工业产值增速明显降缓,制造业企业转型升级面临较大压力。本论文基于前期课题研究所获得的第一手资料,通过江阴2014年规模以上制造业企业统计数据,运用热点分析、核密度分析等空间计量研究方法,结合实地调研资料和数据,对不同发展阶段及不同类型的制造业企业空间布局特征、空间扩张状况进行了研究,探讨影响江阴制造业企业空间布局的主要因素,以期为县域制造业企业空间格局调整及优化提供一些借鉴与参考。研究发现,(1)江阴制造业企业布局整体上呈现“大分散小集聚”的空间格局,沿主要交通线集聚的态势较为明显,外资企业首先会选择进入拥有较少实力强劲的内资企业集团的地区；(2)从区位选择的影响因素来看,运费、劳动力成本、集聚因素仍是县域制造业企业区位选择的重要因素。由于我国县域体制制度的特殊性,制度政策因素及人文历史因素在一定程度上也影响了县域制造业企业的布局；(3)从企业向外扩张情况来看,临近原材料市场及快速获取市场讯息是制造业企业向省外扩张的主要因素,到国外进行投资主要目的在于降低劳动力成本或获得先进技术。本文以海澜集团作为县域企业转型发展的典型案例,分析海澜集团的空间布局特征及其发展战略。其中不断创新、依托核心产业进行多样化发展和最大化地发挥本地优势是其成功的关键之所在。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problems of overcapacity and excessive consumption of resources in traditional industries have become increasingly prominent. The development of county economy with traditional manufacturing industry as the main body is facing a huge crisis. As land development is on the verge of limit and labor costs continue to increase, the development of county industries with limited resources is even more difficult. As the main force of county economic development, county manufacturing enterprises can reduce the constraints of resources and costs to a certain extent and promote the transformation and upgrading of county industries by optimizing the spatial distribution of their enterprises. Jiangyin, with its developed industrial economic foundation, ranked first in the list of "hundred strong counties" for many years in succession. However, in recent years, the growth rate of industrial output has slowed obviously, and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises are facing great pressure. Based on the firsthand data obtained from the previous research, through the statistical data of manufacturing enterprises above the scale of Jiangyin in 2014, using the spatial measurement research methods, such as hot spot analysis, nuclear density analysis, combined with the field research data and data, In this paper, the spatial layout characteristics and spatial expansion of manufacturing enterprises in different development stages and types are studied, and the main factors influencing the spatial layout of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangyin are discussed. In order to provide some reference and reference for the adjustment and optimization of the spatial pattern of the county manufacturing enterprises. It is found that (1) the overall layout of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangyin presents a spatial pattern of "large dispersion and small agglomeration", and the situation of agglomeration along the main traffic lines is obvious. Foreign-funded enterprises will first choose to enter the regions with less strong domestic enterprise groups; (2) from the perspective of the influence factors of location choice, freight, labor cost and agglomeration factors are still important factors for the location selection of county manufacturing enterprises. Because of the particularity of our country's county system, institutional policy factors and humanistic historical factors also influence the layout of county manufacturing enterprises to some extent. (3) from the view of the outward expansion of enterprises, Proximity to the raw material market and rapid access to market information are the main factors for manufacturing enterprises to expand outside the province. The main purpose of investing abroad is to reduce labor costs or acquire advanced technology. This paper takes Hailan Group as a typical case of county enterprise transformation and development, and analyzes the spatial layout characteristics and development strategy of Hailan Group. The key to its success lies in continuous innovation, diversification and maximization of local advantages.
