大连市青年公务员工作压力现状调查研究

【摘要】:公务员作为公共部门组织的核心力量,是政府行使公共权力、提供公共服务的载体。随着社会的不断发展,政府职能的逐渐转变,群众对公共服务的要求也越来越高,青年公务员队伍由于其工作环境、工作性质的特殊性以及多重社会角色的要求,其工作压力的问题三他们的生活、工作、晋升和社交工作压力将直接影响到政府机关的服务质量、整体绩效和公众形象。因此,如何有效地降低公务员工作压力,尤其是激励青年公务员工作积极性,了解青年公务员的所需所想,吸引人才,留住人才,是摆在我们面前的一个严峻课题。本文在国内外研究的基础上,通过调查问卷和访谈的方式,了解大连市青年公务员的压力现状,并提出了青年公务员压力调节对策。首先,通过国内外文献研究,依据压力源与压力反应;压力系统与环境交互理论等相关理论,从职业发展、个体因素、社会角色几个方面分析了青年公务员的压力特点。其次,通过访谈修订公务员压力量表,从发展与管理、生活关系、工作关系、健康与责任、经济压力、工作负荷五个纬度构建正式调查问卷,并采取随机抽样的方式对大连市青年公务员工作压力现状展开了调查。再次,根据调查统计数据,对大连市青年公务员压力总体概况、工作压力各维度、总体压力及各维度压力的均值进行了分析。从生活压力、工作压力、晋升压力和社交压力的角度探讨了青年公务员产生压力的影响因素。最后,从自身层面、家庭层面、工作层面和政府管理部门层面提出了大连市青年公务员压力调节的对策。
[Abstract]:As the core force of public sector organization, civil servant is the carrier that the government exercises public power and provides public service. With the continuous development of society and the gradual transformation of government functions, the public demand for public service is becoming higher and higher. Because of their working environment, the particularity of work nature and the demands of multiple social roles, young civil servants are required to do so. Their work stress problems 3 their life, work, promotion and social work pressure will directly affect the quality of service, overall performance and public image of government agencies. Therefore, how to effectively reduce the working pressure of civil servants, especially to stimulate the enthusiasm of young civil servants, understand the needs of young civil servants, attract talent, retain talent, is a serious problem before us. Based on the research at home and abroad, the present situation of pressure of young civil servants in Dalian is understood by questionnaire and interview, and the countermeasures of stress regulation for young civil servants are put forward. Firstly, according to the theory of pressure source and stress response, the theory of interaction between pressure system and environment, this paper analyzes the characteristics of young civil servants' stress from the aspects of career development, individual factors and social roles. Secondly, through the interview revision of the civil service stress scale, from the development and management, life relations, work relations, health and responsibility, economic stress, workload five dimensions of the formal questionnaire, The work stress of young civil servants in Dalian was investigated by random sampling. Thirdly, according to the survey data, the author analyzes the general situation of young civil servants' stress, the dimensions of work pressure, the total pressure and the mean value of each dimension pressure in Dalian. The influencing factors of stress in young civil servants were discussed from the aspects of life pressure, work pressure, promotion pressure and social stress. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures of pressure regulation of young civil servants in Dalian from the aspects of their own level, family level, work level and government management level.
