基于手持设备的牛奶计量系统设计

【摘要】:伴随着农牧场的现代化发展,自动化设备也逐渐得到了普遍的应用,相关农牧场也实现智能、高效、快捷的工作方式。随着移动手持设备的智能化和无线网络的发展,更是给牧场管理的自动化带来了契机。通过无线网络与手持移动智能设备的结合,将使牛奶的自动量取变得更加省时、方便,最终能节约农牧场资金。 本文主要围绕牛奶量的自动量取,设计出一套利用手持智能设备与无线网络技术结合的图像采集、传输方案,再加上上位计算机的图像识别技术,形成完整的奶量自动设别系统。系统主要包括工业手机和上位计算机处理两部分,工业手机实现的功能包括有程序的登录,奶牛信息的RFID录入,奶量瓶刻度的拍照以及奶量信息和刻度照片的发送;计算机能实现数据图像的接收,将接收的刻度图像进行处理形成数据信息,奶量数据经过统计、分析,存储到本地计算机,并且这些信息可以发送给手机。本课题主要研究方向为利用现代物联网和数据传输技术,开发出具有与上位机传输数据的手机嵌入式软件应用程序,采用的开发系统为微软公司的Windows Mobile手机嵌入式系统,实现与上位机的数字图像信息通信。 本文研究对象是在Windows Mobile手机嵌入式系统的程序设计,它也是基于.net架构下的个人手持移动设备应用系统的开发。课题要在Windows Mobile系统中实现程序的开发与应用,系统开发采用C#语言进行编程,并调用工业手机自带的RFID模块,用来实现奶牛信息的录入功能。在图像的传输过程中,手持设备利用自带的WIFI功能,实现拍摄图片的无线快速传输。在最终程序应用时,设计出简便和友好的用户界面,方便操作人员的快速应用;在程序仿真过程中,做到贴近实际使用服务要求,实现所设计的程序应用功能。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern farming and pasture, automation equipment has been applied widely, and the intelligent, efficient and fast working mode has been realized. With the development of intelligent mobile handheld devices and wireless network, the automation of rangeland management is becoming more and more important. Through the combination of wireless network and hand-held mobile intelligent device, automatic milk sampling will become more time-saving and convenient, and finally can save farm and pasture funds. In this paper, an image acquisition and transmission scheme based on the combination of hand-held intelligent device and wireless network technology is designed around the automatic measurement of milk quantity, together with the image recognition technology of the upper computer. Form a complete milk automatic setting system. The system mainly includes two parts: industrial mobile phone and upper computer processing. The functions of industrial mobile phone include programmed login, RFID input of dairy cow information, picture taking of milk bottle scale and sending of milk quantity information and scale photo. The computer can realize the receiving of the data image and process the received scale image to form the data information. The milk quantity data can be counted analyzed and stored to the local computer and the information can be sent to the mobile phone. The main research direction of this subject is to develop a mobile phone embedded software application program with data transmission from upper computer by using modern Internet of things and data transmission technology. The development system is Windows Mobile mobile phone embedded system of Microsoft Company. Realize the digital image information communication with the host computer. The research object of this paper is the program design of embedded system in Windows Mobile mobile phone. It is also the development of personal handheld mobile device application system based on. Net architecture. The subject is to realize the development and application of the program in the Windows Mobile system. The system is developed with C # language, and the RFID module of the industrial mobile phone is called to realize the input function of dairy cow information. In the process of image transmission, the handheld device uses its own WIFI function to realize the fast wireless transmission of pictures. When the final program is applied, a simple and friendly user interface is designed to facilitate the rapid application of the operator, and in the process of program simulation, it is close to the actual service requirements and realizes the application function of the designed program.
