延边地区朝鲜族与汉族居民死亡原因探究

【摘要】：建国以来,随着中国社会经济条件不断改善,各民族人口逐渐进入良性发展阶段,人口规模不断扩大,人口生育模式从传统的无序生育向计划生育模式转变,人口死亡率逐渐降低,人口素质得到巨大提升。在中国各民族人口发展过程中,朝鲜族人口发展呈现出自己独有的特点,诸如,较早进入人口负增长,持续的强势人口流动以及较高的死亡率。朝鲜族人口发展的这些特点与民族文化密切相关。从延边朝鲜族自治州朝鲜族人口发展状况来看,改革开放至今,延边朝鲜族人口规模不断缩减。这不仅与延边朝鲜族常态化人口流动、较低的生育率有关,还与延边朝鲜族较高死亡率密切相关。人口的变动首先表现为人口总数的变动。而相对于一个民族来说,人口的自然变动又是由人口的出生和死亡决定的。人口出生率水平受多种因素的影响和制约,而人口死亡率水平则大致与社会经济发展程度和医疗卫生水平、社会安定状况以及人口年龄结构等因素密切相关。在相对稳定的社会经济发展态势下,朝鲜族人口死亡率呈现出与其他民族不一致态势,既有朝鲜族人口结构本身的人口学原因,也与朝鲜族的人口结构、行为方式、风俗习惯等文化因子有关。本研究聚焦于朝鲜族人口死亡问题,利用大量的数据统计资料与田野调查资料,运用民族学、社会学、人口学等各学科理论,对延边地区不同民族之间的人口死亡率进行对比分析,从理论角度对不同民族之间死亡率与文化、生活习惯等因素的变量关系进行探讨。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, with the continuous improvement of social and economic conditions in China, the population of all ethnic groups has gradually entered a stage of benign development, and the population scale has been constantly expanding. The mortality rate of the population was gradually reduced, and the quality of the population was greatly improved. In the process of population development of all ethnic groups in China, Korean population development presents its own unique characteristics, such as early entry into negative population growth, continuous strong population mobility and high mortality. These characteristics of Korean population development are closely related to national culture. From Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Korean population development, the reform and opening up to date, Yanbian Korean population scale continues to shrink. This is not only related to the normal population flow and lower fertility rate of Yanbian Korean nationality, but also closely related to the higher mortality rate of Yanbian Korean nationality. The change of population is shown first by the change of total population. Relative to a nation, the natural change of population is determined by the birth and death of the population. The level of population birth rate is influenced and restricted by many factors, while the level of population mortality is closely related to the level of social economic development, the level of medical and health care, the condition of social stability and the age structure of the population. Under the relatively stable situation of social and economic development, the mortality rate of Korean nationality is not consistent with that of other ethnic groups, both the demographic reasons of the population structure of Korean nationality itself, and the demographic structure and behavior mode of Korean nationality. Customs and other cultural factors related. This study focuses on the death of Korean population, using a large number of statistical data and field survey data, using ethnology, sociology, demography and other disciplines of theory, This paper makes a comparative analysis of the population mortality rate among different nationalities in Yanbian area, and probes into the variable relationship between the mortality rate among different nationalities and the factors such as culture, living habits and other factors from a theoretical point of view.
