互联网时代下我国小微企业成长的影响因素研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing structural contradictions of the national economy, small and micro-enterprises have gradually developed into a new engine to promote the economy. According to statistics of the relevant industrial and commercial departments in China, by mid-2015, more than 43 million small and micro-enterprises had been registered in the industrial and commercial sector, accounting for about 4 to 5 percent of the total number of enterprises in China. At the same time, GDP, which has contributed more than 50% to the national economy, has become the backbone of promoting the development of the national economy, solving employment, and promoting the structural adjustment of the industry. There is no doubt that from the post-industrial era to the present Internet era, small and micro-enterprises are playing a more and more important role. However, China's small and micro enterprises have always faced a severe survival crisis. According to incomplete statistics, the average survival period of small and micro enterprises is only less than three years, which seriously hinders the play of the important role of small and micro enterprises in the social reform. It is also not conducive to the healthy and orderly development of our national economy. How to solve the historical problem of "high mortality rate, low survival rate" of small and micro-enterprises has always been an eternal topic concerned by academia and management. By combing and reviewing the theory of growth factors of small and micro-enterprises from lifeless to living-type, this paper combines the current background of the Internet of business environment and social environment, and assumes the essence of enterprise's life. Based on the growth theory of bio-bionics, this paper studies and analyzes the problems that need to be paid attention to in order to improve the survival period and the sustainable and healthy growth of small and micro-enterprises. By constructing a new index system of the factors influencing the growth of small and micro-enterprises in the Internet era, this paper enumerates 12 factors including inside and outside of the enterprise, and on the basis of this, Through the online and offline questionnaires issued to small and micro-enterprises in the form of sample survey, and the recovered questionnaire for data processing, using factor analysis, and SPSS19.0 software to find out the relationship between the factors that affect each other. Thus, based on the empirical evidence of theoretical assumptions.
