基于网络重要度的货运计量安全检测监控设备布局优化方法及应用研究

【摘要】:铁路货物超偏载问题一直是影响铁路货运安全的重大惯性问题,随着铁路的发展,特别是高铁线路的开通,既有线路运能得到释放,现有的货运计量安全检测监控设备配置已经不能满足要求,铁道部计划对铁路货运计量安全检测监控设备进行布局优化。有鉴于此,本文对铁路超偏载检测设备的布局方案进行优化研究,建立相关的优化模型,并针对沈阳铁路局现有的超偏载检测设备布局和存在的问题进行布局方案的优化。 论文首先从铁路货运计量安全检测监控系统框架和设备的工作原理、技术选型入手,介绍铁路货运计量安全检测监控系统的结构和功能,提出铁路货运计量安全检测监控设备技术选型的相关标准。 论文研究的重点内容是超偏载检测设备布局优化的方法以及对沈阳铁路局货运系统超偏载检测设备布局方案的优化。通过对超偏载检测设备布局现状及存在问题分析,以及对铁路货运计量安全检测监控设备相关配置要求、安装要求研究,基于网络重要度模型的基本理论,结合超偏载检测设备布局优化的特殊性和复杂性,对网络重要度模型进行改进,最终构建超偏载检测设备布局方案的优化模型;结合相关要求确定模型节点选择的原则和方法,选定超偏载检测设备布局的影响指标;以沈阳铁路局超偏载检测设备布局优化研究为案例,利用MATLABR2012a软件对模型进行0-1整数规划编程求解,得出沈阳铁路局超偏载检测设备布局的优化方案。
[Abstract]:The problem of overloading of railway freight has always been a major inertia problem affecting the safety of railway freight. With the development of the railway, especially the opening of the high-speed rail line, the transportation capacity of the existing line has been released. The existing configuration of freight metering safety detection and monitoring equipment can no longer meet the requirements. The Ministry of Railways plans to optimize the layout of railway freight metering safety detection and monitoring equipment. In view of this, this paper optimizes the layout scheme of railway overload detection equipment, establishes the related optimization model, and optimizes the layout scheme of the existing overload detection equipment layout and existing problems in Shenyang Railway Bureau. Firstly, starting with the framework of railway freight measurement safety detection and monitoring system and the working principle of equipment and the selection of technology, this paper introduces the structure and function of railway freight metering safety detection and monitoring system. The related standards of technical selection of railway freight measurement safety detection and monitoring equipment are put forward. The key content of this paper is the optimization method of overload detection equipment layout and the optimization of overload detection equipment layout scheme of Shenyang Railway Bureau freight transportation system. Through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of overloaded detection equipment, as well as the related configuration requirements and installation requirements of railway freight measurement safety detection and monitoring equipment, based on the basic theory of network importance model, According to the particularity and complexity of overload detection equipment layout optimization, the network importance model is improved, and finally the optimization model of overload detection equipment layout scheme is constructed. According to the related requirements, the principles and methods of node selection are determined, and the influence index of overload detection equipment layout is selected. Taking the optimization of overload detection equipment layout in Shenyang Railway Bureau as an example, the model is programmed by 0 / 1 integer programming with MATLABR2012a software, and the optimization scheme of overload detection equipment layout in Shenyang Railway Bureau is obtained.
