高邮市电网发展规划与研究

【摘要】:电网规划目的在于通过科学的方法分析研究未来负荷增长情况,结合城市电网现状,有前瞻性地构建一个具备正确、合理、稳定、经济、扩展性强等特点的较为理想的电网结构。电网规划的合理性程度对国内的经济社会发展具有非常重大的意义,电力负荷预测作为电网规划的重要内容,在电网规划的过程中是一个关键部分,在电网规划的最终方案抉择中占有较大的比重。近年来,高邮供电公司投入大量精力对陈旧落后的地方电网进行大规模的建设与改造,高邮电网的总体情况也有了较大改观,电网在国民生产中的地位在不断的加强,电网结构在不断优化中逐渐变得健全。在电力系统飞速发展的同时,社会对电力的需求也在不停的扩张。为促使“十三五”期间高邮电网发展与社会经济发展相协调,本文对高邮市“十三五”期间电力需求情况进行了预测,对电网发展规划进行了研究。作者首先从全国、江苏省、高邮市层面上对影响高邮电网发展的外部环境因素进行分析,紧接着又对高邮市供电公司发展现状、电网现状等内部环境因素进行分析,总结出高邮电网存在的不足。其次,通过对所得数据进行细致的整理,并进行相关的科学统计,对高邮地区历史负荷增长趋势及负荷特性进行分析,采用多种方法对高邮2016-2020年的全社会用电量以及最大用电负荷进行预测,形成从不同方面评估的三个初步预测结果,并对所提出的结果进行比较分析,确定最终选择。随后,本文以“十三五”期间高邮电力市场需求预测为依据,对未来高邮地区电源规划以及高压、中压、低压配电网技术原则进行深入研究和总结,最终制订了“十三五”期间高邮电网总体发展规划。最后,对此次高邮电网规划的投资规模以及新建变电站占地面积进行估算。本文结合高邮地区实际情况,根据地区电网存在的不足,以及“十三五”期间负荷预测结果,有针对性的提出了符合高邮未来社会经济发展需要、满足电力发展需求的高邮电网规划。其具有的可靠性相对于电网现状而言有很大的提高,同时也具备一定的合理性,而具有真正的工程可行性和前瞻性,并且效果客观,可以很好地助力电网发展与城市各项发展相匹配。
[Abstract]:The purpose of power grid planning is to analyze and study the future load growth through scientific methods, combined with the present situation of urban power grid, to construct a more ideal power grid structure with the characteristics of correct, reasonable, stable, economic, strong expansibility and so on. The rationality of power grid planning is of great significance to the economic and social development of our country. As an important part of power grid planning, power load forecasting is a key part in the process of power grid planning and occupies a large proportion in the final scheme choice of power grid planning. In recent years, Gaoyou Power supply Company has invested a lot of energy in the large-scale construction and transformation of the old and backward local power grid, the overall situation of Gaoyou power grid has also been greatly improved, the position of power grid in national production is constantly strengthening, and the power grid structure has gradually become perfect in the continuous optimization. With the rapid development of power system, the social demand for electricity is also expanding. In order to promote the coordination between the development of Gaoyou power grid and the social and economic development during the 13th five-year Plan period, this paper forecasts the power demand during the 13th five-year Plan period in Gaoyou City, and studies the development planning of the power grid. The author first analyzes the external environmental factors that affect the development of Gaoyou power grid from the level of national, Jiangsu Province and Gaoyou city, and then analyzes the development status of Gaoyou power supply company, the current situation of power grid and other internal environmental factors, and summarizes the shortcomings of Gaoyou power grid. Secondly, through the detailed collation of the obtained data and related scientific statistics, the growth trend and load characteristics of historical load in Gaoyou area are analyzed, and the whole social electricity consumption and maximum power load from 2016 to 2020 are predicted by various methods, and three preliminary prediction results evaluated from different aspects are formed, and the proposed results are compared and analyzed, and the final choice is determined. Then, based on the demand forecast of Gaoyou power market during the 13th five-year Plan period, this paper deeply studies and summarizes the power supply planning of Gaoyou area and the technical principles of high voltage, medium voltage and low voltage distribution network in the future, and finally formulates the overall development plan of Gaoyou power grid during the 13th five-year Plan period. Finally, the investment scale of the Gaoyou power grid planning and the area of the new substation are estimated. Based on the actual situation of Gaoyou area, according to the shortcomings of the regional power grid and the results of load forecasting during the 13th five-year Plan period, this paper puts forward the Gaoyou power grid planning which meets the needs of Gaoyou's future social and economic development and meets the needs of electric power development. Compared with the present situation of the power grid, its reliability is greatly improved, and it also has certain rationality, and has the real engineering feasibility and foresight, and the effect is objective, which can help the development of the power grid to match the development of the city.
