【摘要】：我国供给侧结构性改革中包含诸多绿色经济因素,供给侧结构性改革的中心任务,就是以绿色发展为契机和动力。与此同时,我国碳排放交易市场在绿色经济发展中具有越来越重要的地位。随着经济的不断发展,碳排放交易市场将推动加快供给侧结构性改革的发展进程。我国碳排放交易市场的发展可以加快供给侧结构性改革去产能的进程,并能够加快供给侧结构性改革中的补短板进程。
[Abstract]:China's supply-side structural reform contains many green economic factors. The central task of supply-side structural reform is to take green development as the opportunity and power. China's carbon emissions trading market is playing a more and more important role in the development of green economy. Carbon emissions trading market will accelerate the development process of supply-side structural reform, and the development of carbon emissions trading market in China can accelerate the process of supply-side structural reform to eliminate capacity. And can speed up the supply-side structural reform in the process of short-board.
