【摘要】：平台商业模式的巨大成功和平台产业的崛起,推动着平台经济时代的到来。Rochet与Tirole于2006年对早期双边市场理论进行了较好的综述。然而,以平台经济学和战略学为内容的双边平台理论在近10年迅速发展,成为经济学和战略管理学中最为活跃的研究领域,因此,有必要对此后的研究成果进行综述。近5年来,双边平台研究由运行机制及建设机理转向竞争战略领域。尤其是2013年前后,平台战略研究著作突然大量涌现,本文对其中影响力较大的著作进行了述评。
[Abstract]:The rise of great success platform business model and industry platform, promote the arrival of.Rochet Tirole platform and economy in 2006 to the early bilateral market theory are well reviewed. However, the theory of two-sided platform to platform of economics and strategy for the content of the rapid development in the past 10 years, as economics and strategic management in the as the research field, active therefore, it is necessary to study the results of this review. After nearly 5 years, bilateral platform operation mechanism and construction of steering mechanism by competitive strategy. Especially after 2013, the platform strategy research work suddenly in large numbers, this paper reviews the literature on the great works of influence.
