【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记将马克思主义基本原理与中国农业和农村发展的实践经验相结合,形成了一系列关于农业与农村发展的重要思想和理论成果,指导了十八大以来我国农业与农村工作的重大实践。习近平农业思想,以重视和重申农业基础性地位为前提,强调坚持和完善农业基本经营制度,确保中国农业和农村改革的社会主义方向;强调发展生产力,推进农业供给侧结构性改革,实现农业现代化;强调推进农业市场化改革与更好发挥政府作用相结合,实现资源的合理优化配置,推进城乡一体化发展;强调绿色发展理念,建设美丽中国;强调以人民为中心的发展观,促进农民增收,落实精准扶贫,确保实现全面小康,奔向共同富裕。习近平农业思想,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学在农业与农村发展领域的具体运用和重要组成部分,充分体现了中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重大原则。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has combined the basic principles of Marxism with the practical experience of China's agricultural and rural development, forming a series of important thoughts and theoretical achievements on agricultural and rural development. Xi Jinping's agricultural thought, based on the premise of attaching importance to and reaffirming the basic position of agriculture, emphasizes the adherence to and improvement of the basic agricultural management system.
