供给学派经济学与供给侧结构性改革辨析

【摘要】：供给学派及供给侧结构性改革在时代背景、学理基础、利益代表及政策主张等方面均有重大的不同。深入推进供给侧结构性改革是党中央适应和引领经济发展新常态而做出的战略调整,是加快全面建成小康社会的必然要求。在推进供给侧结构性改革过程中,对于国有企业、产能过剩、税制结构、宏观调控手段、政府与市场关系等方面的问题,不能将供给侧结构性改革视为供给学派的翻版,以供给学派的政策主张解决上述问题,而应该立足于中国经济社会所面临的实际情况,采取相应的措施。
[Abstract]:Supply school and supply-side structural reform in the background of the times, theoretical basis. Deep promotion of supply-side structural reform is a strategic adjustment made by the CPC Central Committee to adapt and lead economic development to the new normal. In the process of promoting supply-side structural reform, the problems of state-owned enterprises, overcapacity, tax system structure, macro-control means, the relationship between government and market, and so on, are necessary to accelerate the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. The supply-side structural reform should not be regarded as a replica of the supply-side school and the policy of the supply-side school should be used to solve the above problems. Instead, the corresponding measures should be taken on the basis of the actual situation faced by China's economic society.
