【摘要】： 摘要：本文提出经济相互依赖在国际政治经济关系领域里是一种在经济、政治或经济政治之间存在互动影响而又需要行为方彼此付出代价的国际经济关系。根据经济相互依赖本身具有促进合作的特性以及安全相互依赖本身具有诱发冲突的特性，本文认为经济相互依赖关系对政治冲突的影响取决于一定历史条件下，一些国内国际因素的作用。如果这些因素抑制了经济相互依赖的特点，使安全相互依赖的特性突出，经济相互依赖关系中的特点就有可能转换成安全相互依赖关系中的特点，，从而经济相互依赖下的经济冲突就有可能引发政治上的冲突。而这一过程也正是经济相互依赖影响政治冲突的传导机制。二战后美日贸易摩擦体现了经济相互依赖的合作特点，其中自愿出口限制就是美日之间的解决经济摩擦的一种合作方式。而美日贸易摩擦在二战时期以及二战结束后至今的整个历史发展过程，也展现经济领域的相互依赖关系的特点在一定条件下向安全领域相互依赖特点转换这一规律。
[Abstract]:Abstract: this paper proposes that economic interdependence is a kind of economy in the field of international political and economic relations. International economic relations in which there is interaction between political or economic politics and which requires the cost of each other among actors... according to the nature of economic interdependence itself, which promotes cooperation, and security interdependence itself, which has the characteristics of inducing conflict, This paper holds that the influence of economic interdependence on political conflicts depends on the role of some domestic and international factors under certain historical conditions. If these factors inhibit the characteristics of economic interdependence and make the characteristics of interdependence of security stand out, The characteristics of economic interdependence can be transformed into those of secure interdependence. As a result, economic conflicts under economic interdependence may lead to political conflicts. And this process is precisely the transmission mechanism of economic interdependence influencing political conflicts. After World War II, US-Japan trade frictions embody the cooperative characteristics of economic interdependence. Among them, voluntary export restrictions are a form of cooperation between the United States and Japan to resolve economic frictions. The trade friction between the United States and Japan took place in the period of World War II and the entire historical development process since the end of World War II. It also shows that the characteristics of interdependence in the economic field are transformed into the interdependent characteristics of the security field under certain conditions.
