碳资产管理绩效评价及其在企业的应用

【摘要】：规范企业的碳资产管理作为企业管理变革的重要工作内容,符合企业的可持续发展规划,推动生态文明的建设,保障"美丽中国"的实现。文章进一步拓展了碳资产的定义概念,阐述了碳资产的管理及其策略,并从了解历史和现状的碳盘查、制定未来目标的碳预算、评价反馈企业碳预算执行效果的碳绩效三个角度入手分析企业如何高效地进行碳资产管理工作,在此基础上选取我国宝钢企业为案例公司,分析宝钢的碳资产管理工作的开展。
[Abstract]:Standardizing enterprise carbon asset management, as an important part of enterprise management reform, conforms to the sustainable development plan of enterprises and promotes the construction of ecological civilization. The paper further expands the definition of carbon assets, expounds the management of carbon assets and its strategies, and sets a carbon budget for future goals from the carbon inventory of understanding history and current situation. This paper analyzes how to manage carbon assets efficiently from three aspects of carbon performance of feedback enterprises. On the basis of this, Baosteel enterprises in China are selected as case companies to analyze the development of carbon asset management in Baosteel.
