[Abstract]:On July 2016, Professor Yan Pengfei attended the "8th Symposium on the Development Economics of Chinese people" held at the CPC Guizhou Provincial Party School, on the theme of "General Secretary Xi Jinping's New Outlook on Development". Wang Tingguo (our reporter, hereinafter referred to as Wang Li): at the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed five new development concepts: innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing the five new development concepts.
