【摘要】：习近平同志是我国新一代的领导核心,在带领我国经济发展的实践中,提出和发展了一系列新思想、新观点和新论断,并逐步完善、渐成体系。为此,研究、探讨习近平经济发展动力思想对于我国经济的发展、“中国梦”的实现具有重要意义。习近平经济发展动力思想的理论基础主要源于马恩的社会再生产理论、资本积累、劳动、科学技术、人的需要等经济发展思想;列宁的新经济政策、利益动力、商业贸易等经济动力思想;毛泽东经济发展革命动力思想、精神意识动力思想;邓小平改革开放动力思想、科学技术动力思想;江泽民创新动力思想、特区经济发展思想;胡锦涛经济社会和谐发展动力思想;以及对国外经典理论家关于经济发展动力思想的有益借鉴。新国情、新世情带来的复杂的国内经济发展实际是其形成的现实背景。习近平经济发展动力思想的主要内容包括改革开放动力、理念发展动力、制度建设动力、民生建设动力和民族精神动力五个方面,其中以供给侧结构性改革为主的改革以及以区域发展为核心的开放发展是习近平动力体系的重要内容;创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享理念是习近平经济发展动力思想的理念性动力,以指导中国经济更好更良性更具方向的发展;产权制度、经济运行制度、对外开放制度的完善及重视对非经济制度的建设是习近平经济发展动力思想的制度建设动力,为经济发展提供稳固的制度保障与动力;新型城镇化建设是改善民生的重要内容,是习近平经济发展民生建设动力的重要抓手;“中国梦”是习近平经济发展动力思想的民族精神动力,为经济发展凝聚强大的精神支撑。习近平经济发展动力思想具有鲜明的科学性、时代性、创新性和全球性,对我国经济发展建设具有重要的现实价值和长远的历史意义。
