基于交易视角的社会进化论

【摘要】：交易的本质是人类共赢式合作,其受"获利"的内在动机驱动,交易主体运用"得失观念"量化获利程度。传统经济学只重视市场价格,忽略了成本价格在资源配置中的作用。从历史角度看,社会制度的嬗变和科学技术的进步,沿着交易惠利与交易成本之间"楔"最大化路径演进。交易与分工并非一个硬币的两面,与企业内分工相比,通过交易实现的垂直专业化分工在提升效率方面更具优势。知识是产品中的基因,使产品能够被遗传式地生产出来,从而减少重复创造的成本;知识创新犹如基因突变,为社会进化提供可能;交易提供一种社会选择机制,在持续、长久的交易中,只有那些符合社会选择法则(即成本效益原则)的个体、企业和国家才能脱颖而出,被保留和遗传下去。因此,富裕社会除了要完善两种价格体系外,还要通过文化和制度建设,构建起利于交易的诚信体系。
[Abstract]:The essence of the transaction is win-win cooperation, which is driven by the intrinsic motive of "profit", and the main body of the transaction uses the concept of "gain or loss" to quantify the degree of profit.Traditional economics only pays attention to market price and neglects the role of cost price in resource allocation.From the historical point of view, the evolution of social system and the progress of science and technology evolve along the path of "wedge" between transaction profit and transaction cost.Transaction and division of labor are not two sides of the same coin. Compared with the division of labor within the enterprise, the vertical division of labor realized through the transaction has more advantages in improving the efficiency.Knowledge is the gene in the product that enables the product to be genetically produced, thereby reducing the cost of duplication; knowledge innovation, like a mutation in genes, makes possible social evolution; and transactions provide a mechanism for social selection that continues.Only those individuals who conform to the principles of social choice (i.e., the principle of cost-effectiveness) can stand out, be preserved and inherited in long term transactions.Therefore, the rich society should not only perfect the two price systems, but also construct a good faith system through the construction of culture and system.
