追寻自由——论经济伦理自由范畴本义

【摘要】:自由,是伦理学的基本范畴,因此也是经济伦理的理论体系中必须建立和明确的范畴。经济伦理需要为人们的经济行为提供符合人类价值观的理论指导和行为规范,借用已有的各种自由观事实上都不能很恰当地满足经济伦理的要求,有鉴于此本文试图论证一个符合经济伦理要求的自由范畴。 经济伦理的整体研究框架被划分为微观(研究个人经济行为)、中观(研究组织行为)、宏观(研究制度行为),自由是贯串三个层面的基本问题。文中基于自由的三个理论传统:共和主义的传统、自由派的传统、唯心主义自由传统,遵从积极自由和消极自由等思路,分析了经济自由主义的理论变迁过程和一些代表作家的理论实质,回顾了马克思主义对经济领域自由的表述,运用马克思主义唯物辩证法,历史地分析经济领域自由的阶段性发展,得出了一些富有新意的思想。 自由是从自身破缺开始发展的,逐步走向一种自由状态,即通过经济交换间接联系着的分立的个人组成的自由社会。在其过程中,资本的积累和效率的追求造成了对社会部分成员自由的极大伤害,但是,也是资本积累和效率使社会有可能获得自由必须的物质条件。劳动中,效率的追求使人对世界的知识不断增长,使人的本质力量得到不断提升,从而也提高了人的履行道德的力量,经济发展和经济伦理自由的发展得到统一。由于市场的扩大和深化,人的独立性不断增强,交换又使人的社会性得到充分实现,人逐步摆脱社会的束缚。人在获得全面发展的条件下,自我意识提高,最终实现人对自然、社会和自我的超越,成为自由的人。 本文尊重以往作家对资本、效率和权利出于道德良知的批判,但同时确认资本、效率、权利等对于自由发展的工具性作用,在物质层面、精神层面的自由上都有其合道德性的一面。因此,以自己为目的的资本,以效率为唯一目的的经济制度,把“秩序”当
[Abstract]:Freedom is the basic category of ethics, therefore it must be established and defined in the theoretical system of economic ethics.Economic ethics needs to provide people with theoretical guidance and codes of conduct in line with human values. In fact, all kinds of existing concepts of freedom can not meet the requirements of economic ethics.In view of this, this paper tries to demonstrate a free category that meets the requirements of economic ethics.The overall research framework of economic ethics is divided into three basic problems: micro (study of individual economic behavior, meso) (research on organizational behavior, macroscopical (study of institutional behavior, freedom).Based on the three theoretical traditions of freedom: the Republican tradition, the liberal tradition, the idealist free tradition, following the ideas of positive freedom and negative freedom.This paper analyzes the course of the theoretical change of economic liberalism and the theoretical essence of some representative writers, reviews the expression of Marxist freedom in the economic field, and applies Marxist materialist dialectics.Historical analysis of the stage development of economic freedom, some new ideas have been obtained.Freedom is developed from its own break, gradually towards a free state, that is, through economic exchange indirectly linked by the separation of individuals composed of a free society.In its process, the accumulation of capital and the pursuit of efficiency have caused great harm to the freedom of some members of society. However, it is also the accumulation of capital and efficiency that make it possible for the society to obtain the necessary material conditions for freedom.In the process of labor, the pursuit of efficiency makes people's knowledge of the world grow constantly, and the essential strength of human being is improved constantly. Thus, the strength of human being's moral performance is also enhanced, and the development of economic development and economic ethics freedom is unified.Due to the expansion and deepening of the market, the independence of human beings is constantly strengthened, and the exchange makes the sociality of people fully realized, and people gradually get rid of the shackles of society.Under the condition of comprehensive development, the self-consciousness is improved, and finally man transcends nature, society and self, and becomes a free person.This paper respects the critique of capital, efficiency and right from moral conscience, but at the same time affirms the instrumental role of capital, efficiency and right in free development.Spiritual freedom has its moral side.Therefore, the "order" should be regarded as the economic system with the sole purpose of efficiency and the capital for its own purpose.
