高新技术商品综合评价系统研究

【摘要】： 本文在吸收前人的高新技术评价研究成果并弥补其不足的基础上，从微观和宏观两方面出发，采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法，提出了对高新技术商品进行综合评价研究的目标、方法及其原则，并且从高新技术商品的市场可行性、技术可行性、经济可行性三方面出发建立了评价指标体系及其测度模型，并进而对各指标进行了综合化处理并建立了综合评价模型，最后还对影响综合评价模型的各个因素进行了评价分析，并针对各个因素影响程度大小，提出了高新技术商品的投资策略。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the basis of absorbing the achievements of the research on the evaluation of high and new technology of predecessors and making up for its deficiencyOn the basis of both micro and macro aspects, the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is adopted.The objectives, methods and principles of comprehensive evaluation and research on high and new technology commodities are put forward.And from three aspects of market feasibility, technical feasibility and economic feasibility of high and new technology commodityThe evaluation index system and its measurement model are set up, and the indexes are synthesized.Finally, the factors affecting the comprehensive evaluation model are analyzed.The factors are evaluated and analyzed, and according to the influence degree of each factor, the high and new technology is put forward.Investment strategies for commodities
