社会主义劳动力再生产及劳动价值创造与分享——理论、证据与政策

【摘要】：基于对资本主义生产方式批判的需要和所处的以劳动力“贫困积累”为主要特征的时代特点,马克思将“劳动循环”论证直接置于“资本循环”之中,没有对劳动力扩大再生产这一对于社会主义市场经济建设具有重要意义的理论命题进行深入探索,也没有对劳动参与剩余价值分配进行研究。本文在对马克思有关劳动创造价值理论梳理的基础上,以唯物主义历史观为基础,以解决中国的现实问题为导向,结合中国的实践、马克思对未来社会的设想,以及国内外研究成果,对以“知识生产与知识消费一体化”为特征的知识生产部门的劳动过程、劳动力扩大再生产、剩余价值的分享问题进行了探讨,并以此为基础,对知识部门的创新发展与管理体制改革提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the need of criticizing the capitalist mode of production and the characteristics of the times characterized by the accumulation of poverty in the labor force, Marx put the argument of "labor cycle" directly in the "capital cycle". There is no deep exploration on the theoretical proposition of the expansion of labor force reproduction, which is of great significance to the construction of socialist market economy, nor the study of labor participation in the distribution of surplus value. On the basis of combing Marx's theory of labor creation value, based on the materialist view of history, guided by solving China's realistic problems and combining with China's practice, this paper proposes Marx's vision of the future society. As well as the domestic and foreign research results, this paper probes into the labor process of the knowledge production department characterized by the integration of knowledge production and knowledge consumption, the expansion of labor force reproduction, and the sharing of surplus value. Some policy suggestions are put forward for the innovation and development of knowledge department and the reform of management system.
