周恩来经济建设思想探究

【摘要】：周恩来同志是中国社会主义经济建设的开拓者之一。建国后国民经济建设面临许多严重的问题,周恩来同志始终坚持人民的根本利益为上,逐渐形成了实事求是,力求务实;全面灵活,迂回变通;以人为本工作特点的周恩来经济建设思想。周恩来的经济建设思想虽然受到时代和历史条件的束缚,但是他的建设思想地提出,不仅仅被中国社会主义的建设实践证明是正确的,并且为党的十一届三中全会以来确立的适合中国国情的社会主义建设的正确道路奠定了思想理论基础。总之,周恩来总理的经济建设思想为中国社会主义的建设提供了宝贵的建设经验,丰富了毛泽东思想,为现在经济的腾飞做出了贡献。第一部分主要论述的是在新中国刚成立之时,国内的经济十分混乱,私有资本经济占国民经济的绝大部分;在政治上内忧外患,西方资本主义国家和国民党反动派阻碍社会主义经济的发展。我国自身在经济的建设上也走了不少弯路,周恩来的经济建设思想就是在这样的背景之下一步一步形成的。本部分沿着新中国成立以后国家经济建设的时间线对周恩来经济建设思想的形成做出了深度的剖析,并结合了当时民主革命时期,国民经济时期各个阶段的具体情况,将周恩来经济建设思想形成的过程进行了详细的整理和概述。在第二部分阐述的是周恩来经济建设的主要内容,因为周恩来经济建设思想内容较多,所以选择其中最主要的方面进行阐述,这部分内容从经济,工业,农业,科技这四个内容对周恩来经济思想的主要内容进行了论述,并对它们的地位和作用进行了分析和研究,经济置首位,重工业为主导,农业是基础,科技是关键,这些构成了周恩来经济建设思想的主要内容。第三部分论述的是周恩来经济建设思想的特点,这也是周恩来经济建设思想成功的关键,周恩来始终坚持实事求是,力求务实;灵活管理,迂回变通;以人为本,把知识分子作为建设者这三点工作原则原则,所以才能在社会主义新中国的经济建设中一直走正确的道路,在国民经济吹起“浮夸风”时他能冷静地意识到要坚决反冒进,要稳步发展经济;在国民经济停滞不前时,他能灵活变通,利用各种切实可行的方法促进经济的发展,这就是周恩来经济建设思想的魅力所在,绝不头脑发热,也绝不会一成不变。最后一部分是周恩来经济建设思想对中国经济建设的启示,主要从社会主义的建设必须坚持全面协调,必须遵循客观价值规律,必须博采众长,对外发展三个方面进行了概述。改革开放以后,在党中央正确领导下,中国走出了一条具有中国特色的社会主义道路,经济飞速地发展,人民生活水平显著提高,周恩来的经济建设思想对于党的这一伟大成就贡献颇多。分析和研究周恩来“以经济建设为中心”的思想和实践,目的是要更清晰的了解周恩来在担任中华人民共和国总理的年间,带领我国经济建设所采用的各种措施和做出的每一项贡献,并从中提炼出对当前我国社会主义现代化建设仍有指导和鉴戒作用的观点和方法。
[Abstract]:Comrade Zhou Enlai is one of the pioneers of the socialist economic construction in China. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the national economic construction faced many serious problems. Comrade Zhou Enlai always adhered to the fundamental interests of the people, and gradually formed a realistic and pragmatic, comprehensive and flexible, circuitous and flexible Zhou Enlai economic construction thought of the characteristics of the people based work.
