大学课堂理论教学有效性影响因素分层实证研究——以江西L学院经管类专业为例

【摘要】：大学课堂理论知识的教学是人才培养的重要环节之一,是向学生解释原理、传递基础知识的过程。但是,纵观现在大学课堂的理论教学,教学有效性值得反思。本论文采用了分层问卷调查法,分别了解影响大学四个年级学生课堂教学有效性影响因素,结果表明,新旧知识衔接、根据学情调整教学内容、教师引发学生思考、鼓励学生等对教学效果有显著相关性。
[Abstract]:The teaching of theoretical knowledge in college classroom is one of the important links in the cultivation of talents. It is the process of explaining the principle and transferring the basic knowledge to the students. However, the effectiveness of teaching is worth reflecting. In this paper, the method of stratified questionnaire is used to understand the factors that affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching of four grade students. The results show that the new and old knowledge link up and adjust the teaching content according to the learning situation, and the teacher causes the students to think. Encouraging students and so on has significant correlation to teaching effect.
