资本如何走向共享——从考克斯商业原则谈起

【摘要】：资本增殖的本质和对利润的追求是市场经济快速发展的动力之源。基于"共生"、"人格尊严"理念的考克斯商业(伦理)原则,批判和否定了社会达尔文主义对资本主义的误导,提倡道德资本主义。这代表着当今时代资本的一种道德努力或觉醒,的确值得我们期待。企业应追求"整体的自我利益",承担起社会责任,实际上就是超越了狭隘的自我利益而走向共赢、共享。
[Abstract]:The essence of capital multiplication and the pursuit of profit are the source of the power of the rapid development of the market economy. Cox's business (Ethics) principle based on the concept of "symbiosis" and "personality dignity" criticizes and denies the misleading of the social Darwinism to capitalism and advocates moral capitalism. This represents a moral effort or awareness of the capital of the present age. It is really worth our expectation that the enterprise should pursue the "overall self-interest" and take on the social responsibility. In fact, it goes beyond the narrow self-interest to win and share.
