区域二元结构体系构建导论

【摘要】： 传统经济学将二元结构归为发展经济学的研究范畴。把二元结构理论引入区域经济学，从而导出区域二元结构的概念和初步的理论框架，有重要的理论意义和现实意义。区域二元结构理论对现有的区域结构理论进行了整合而且它是贯穿区域经济理论的主线之一，它的提出是对以后相关研究的规范；同时，，依据区域二元结构理论指导区域政策，进而实现区域经济协调发展，是党的十六大提出的“经济建设的主要任务之一”。基于此，有必要提出和明确界定区域二元结构的概念。区域二元结构作为一个体系提出，有其坚实的认识论基础，结构主义哲学、马克思主义哲学、物理哲学、中国传统哲学的思想和观点为它的形成提供了哲学依据，系统科学的原理使对区域二元结构的研究由主次关系研究转向机制研究。发展经济学、新制度经济学、地理二元结构理论和创新理论等是区域二元结构体系形成的理论基础。区域结构理论是区域二元结构的基础理论，在区域结构理论的指引下，区域二元结构体系得以构建。区域二元结构由区域二元空间结构，区域二元经济结构，区域二元社会文化结构三大分支构成。区域二元空间结构属表层结构，是区域二元经济和社会文化结构在空间上的映射；区域二元经济结构是以区域二元产业结构为核心包括所有制结构、企业结构、人力资本结构、技术结构等的复杂系统；区域二元社会文化结构因其与空间结构和经济结构的紧密联系成为区域二元结构的一个重要研究内容，对区域二元经济结构和区域二元社会文化结构研究的主要目的是找出形成区域二元结构的决定性因素，即深层结构。实证分析是实现此目的的最佳途径，而将得出的结论应用于区域规划和区域政策制定则是构建体系的最终目的。
[Abstract]:Traditional economics classifies dual structure as the research category of development economics. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to introduce the theory of dual structure into regional economics and to derive the concept and preliminary theoretical framework of regional dual structure. The regional dual structure theory integrates the existing regional structure theory and it is one of the main lines through the regional economic theory, which is the norm of the related research in the future; at the same time, it guides the regional policy according to the regional dual structure theory. Thus realizing the coordinated development of regional economy is the main Ren Wuzhi of economic construction put forward by the 16th National Congress of the Party. Based on this, it is necessary to put forward and clearly define the concept of regional dual structure. As a system, regional dual structure has its solid epistemological foundation, structuralist philosophy, Marxist philosophy, physics philosophy, and the thought and viewpoint of Chinese traditional philosophy, which provide the philosophical basis for its formation. The principle of system science turns the study of regional binary structure from primary and secondary relation to mechanism. Development economics, new institutional economics, geographical dual structure theory and innovation theory are the theoretical basis for the formation of regional dual structure system. The theory of regional structure is the basic theory of regional dual structure. Under the guidance of regional structure theory, regional dual structure system can be constructed. Regional dual structure consists of three branches: regional dual spatial structure, regional dual economic structure and regional dual social and cultural structure. The regional dual spatial structure belongs to the surface structure, which is the mapping of the regional dual economic and social cultural structure in the space, and the regional dual economic structure takes the regional dual industrial structure as the core, including the ownership structure, the enterprise structure and the human capital structure. Regional dual social and cultural structure has become an important research content of regional dual structure because of its close relation with spatial structure and economic structure. The main purpose of the study on regional dual economic structure and regional dual social and cultural structure is to find out the decisive factor of forming regional dual structure, that is, deep structure. Empirical analysis is the best way to achieve this goal, and the application of the conclusions to regional planning and regional policy making is the ultimate goal of building the system.
