关于知识研究的一个新生产函数

【摘要】: 作者对研究行为的认识与新古典有所不同——研究行为的主体只能是人,而资本作为研究资料成为研究的客体。基于这种认识作者提出了和新古典生产函数不同的知识研究的生产函数——资本和劳动力之间没有替代关系而是从属关系。以此生产函数出发,并在垄断竞争市场和技术扩散的假设上,我们可以得出劳动力应得的报酬等于他的贡献,从而保证了社会公平存在的可能。而由于人们对研究资料的创造性应用,资本的贡献大于它获得的报酬,属于规模报酬递增,从而又有社会进步的可能。本文将人们的创造性能力称作“智力红利”,并对其表达式和决定因素进行了分析。 本文在第一部分梳理了近几十年国内外经济学界对创新过程研究的主要成果;第二部分以罗默的观点为主阐述了知识的特征;第三部分论述了作者认为的更适合知识研究的生产函数;第四部分是对其的应用,分别分析了“大学生找工作难”问题,国际间“产业内贸易”问题和对人才的评价问题;第五部分做了小结。
[Abstract]:The author's understanding of the research behavior is different from that of the neoclassical study-the subject of the research behavior is only human, and the capital as the research material becomes the object of the research. Based on this understanding, the author puts forward the production function which is different from the neoclassical production function-there is no substitute relationship between capital and labor force, but a subordinate relationship. Based on this production function and on the assumption of monopolizing the competitive market and the diffusion of technology, we can conclude that the remuneration of labor force is equal to his contribution, thus ensuring the possibility of the existence of social equity. Because of the creative application of the research materials, the contribution of capital is greater than the reward it gets, which belongs to the increase of scale reward, so there is the possibility of social progress. This paper describes people's creative ability as "intellectual dividend", and analyzes its expression and determinants. In the first part of this paper, the author combs the main achievements of the domestic and foreign economists in recent decades on the innovation process, the second part mainly expounds the characteristics of knowledge in the view of Romer. The third part discusses the production function which the author thinks is more suitable for the knowledge research, the fourth part is its application, analyzes the problem of "college students find a job difficult", the international "intra-industry trade" and the appraisal of the talented person respectively. The fifth part makes a summary.
