海归学者跨国知识转移绩效的测度研究

【摘要】：以在美国留过学并回归国内一流大学和科研院所工作的海归学者为研究对象,通过考察他们发表的论文,提出一种新的知识转移的绩效测度算式。从论文数量、论文质量、论文贡献度、知识转移意愿4个维度,构建知识转移的综合评价指标;利用主成分分析法构建绩效算式,刻画高、中、低3类知识转移绩效的边界;以此考察不同技术领域的海归学者知识转移绩效的差异性。实证结果证明了算式的有效性。
[Abstract]:Taking the overseas returnees scholars who have studied in the United States and returned to the domestic first-class universities and scientific research institutes as the research objects, a new formula for measuring the performance of knowledge transfer is put forward by reviewing the papers published by them. From the four dimensions of paper quantity, paper quality, paper contribution degree and knowledge transfer intention, the comprehensive evaluation index of knowledge transfer is constructed, and the performance calculation formula is constructed by principal component analysis, which depicts the boundary of high, middle and low knowledge transfer performance. In this paper, the differences of knowledge transfer performance of returned scholars in different technical fields are investigated. The empirical results prove the validity of the formula.
