项目管理在我国的实践及若干问题的研究

【摘要】： 本文通过对比分析的方法对我国目前项目管理中存在的问题进行了分析和研究，在此基础上提出了若干建议和对策。本文从探讨项目管理的基本概念、特点和内容开始论述，先对西方现代项目管理发展的特点作了总结，并以此对比中国项目管理行业的现状，从我国运用项目管理方法的一般情况，到其中项目采购、承包模式及合同管理等等各方面，分析其与国际间的差距和原因。在我国即将加入世界贸易组织这个大环境下，国际和国内市场的变化将会对我国的项目管理业及其主要运用行业建筑业产生影响。本文对此作了详细分析，以作为提出改革我国项目管理对策的基础。通过以上对存在问题的提出和分析，在论文的第三章中，提出了改进、解决现有问题的对策，，从改变意识到行业具体运用中应注意的问题都一一提出了建议，并对每一对策进行详细的阐述。本文在第四章用一个项目管理的实际案例对以上的分析和研究进行了实证分析。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the project management of our country by means of comparative analysis, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on this basis. This paper discusses the basic concepts, characteristics and contents of project management, summarizes the characteristics of the development of modern project management in the West, and compares the current situation of the project management industry in China. From the general situation of the application of project management in our country to the project procurement, contracting mode and contract management, the paper analyzes the gap and reasons between the project management and the international one. Under the circumstances of China's entry into WTO, the changes in international and domestic markets will have an impact on China's project management industry and its main application industry, the construction industry. This article makes the detailed analysis to this, in order to propose the reform our country project management countermeasure foundation. Through the above analysis of the existing problems, in the third chapter of the paper, the paper puts forward the improvement, solutions to the existing problems, from the change of awareness to the specific application of the industry should be paid attention to one by one put forward suggestions. And to each countermeasure carries on the detailed elaboration. In the fourth chapter, we use an actual case of project management to make an empirical analysis of the above research.
