突破性技术创新与技术跨越

【摘要】:二十世纪九十年代后期特别是 21 世纪以来,一些具有创造新行业或改变已有行业潜力 的新技术冲击着老牌的产业领导者,同时也深刻影响着人们关于技术创新的理念和管理方 法。这样,另一种不同的创新模式——突破性技术创新日益引起人们关注。与持续性技术创 新的路径依赖性不同,突破性技术创新表现为技术发展路径上的“另辟蹊径”,并表现为对 原有技术的替代和跨越。这种新模式常常导致习惯于持续性技术创新模式思维的企业家陷入 困境,而技术落后的国家、地区、企业却可能因此获得与技术相对领先的国家、地区、企业 在同一起跑线上竞争甚至于超越它们的机会,实现技术跨越。 成功的技术跨越可以分为两种类型,基于持续性技术创新的技术跨越和基于突破性技术 创新的技术跨越。突破性技术创新蕴含的技术跨越机会需要识别,因为突破性技术创新可能 表现为短时间内在某些技术性能方面低于原有持续性技术,但是通过改变企业内部的组织结 构、管理流程和价值取向,促使企业沿着新的技术轨道发展,可以最终超越与替代现有的持 续性技术。突破性技术创新管理的基本问题是处理新技术与原有组织之间的冲突,因为被认 为是“制度主导”的技术创新。 目前国内外研究对于突破性技术创新和技术跨越之间的联系缺乏整体的把握和考虑。 本文在判别突破性技术与持续性技术不同属性的基础上,分析突破性技术创新所面对的主要 问题,探讨企业、行业如何从内部价值网络和外部环境着手,为突破性技术提供产生、发展 的空间,找到技术发展的最佳突破点,通过突破性技术创新实现国家及地区的技术跨越。 本文主要从突破性技术创新研究开始,通过分析企业内部因素,即内部价值网络对突 破性技术创新的影响和作用(第三章)及外部因素,即集中顾客市场和散户顾客市场对突破 性技术创新的不同影响力和确认能力(第四章),与常规的技术主导战略相区别,构建了企 业技术发展的“制度主导战略”,并提出一些相关应对突破性技术创新的策略(第五章)。在 分析研究了突破性技术创新的基础上,通过历史成功技术跨越案例的分析,总结认为突破性 技术创新是实现技术跨越的重要途径,并用历史案例的归纳结论分析了突破性技术创新对我 国一些产业的影响(第六章)。文章进一步的研究说明,突破性技术创新是实现技术跨越的 重要途径的集中表现是:突破性技术创新是技术跨越的机会窗口,这个机会窗口与持续性技 术创新的机会窗口有所不同(第七章),最后针对我国的实际情况,提出一些相关实现机制 (第八章)。
[Abstract]:In the late 1990s, especially since twenty-first Century, some have created new industries or changed the potential of existing industries.
The new technology is attacking the old industrial leaders, and it also profoundly affects people's ideas and management of technological innovation.
In this way, another different innovation mode, breakthrough technology innovation, is attracting more and more attention.
The new path dependence is different, and the breakthrough technological innovation is manifested as a "new way" in the path of technological development, and it is shown as a right way.
The new mode often leads to entrepreneurs who are accustomed to continuous technological innovation.
Predicament, and backward countries, regions, enterprises may get relatively advanced technology, regions, enterprises.
Competing on the same race line even surpasses their opportunities to achieve technological leapfrogging.
Successful technological leapfrogging can be divided into two types: technological leapfrogging and breakthrough technology based on sustainable technological innovation.
Innovative technological leapfrogging. Technological leapfrogging opportunities in breakthrough technological innovation need to be identified, as radical technological innovation may be possible.
The performance is shorter than that of the original continuous technology in a short time, but by changing the internal organization of the enterprise
Structure, management process and value orientation enable enterprises to develop along new technological trajectories and eventually surpass and replace existing ones.
Continuity technology. The basic problem of radical technological innovation management is to deal with the conflict between new technology and original organization, because it is recognized.
It is a "system - led" technological innovation.
At present, there is a lack of overall grasp and consideration of the relationship between breakthrough technology innovation and technological leapfrogging at home and abroad.
On the basis of distinguishing the different attributes of breakthrough technology and continuous technology, this paper analyzes the main problems faced by radical technological innovation.
The problem is to explore how the industry and the industry start from the internal value network and the external environment, and provide the breakthroughs for technology development.
We should find the best breakthrough point for technological development and achieve technological leapfrogging in the country and region through radical technological innovation.
This paper starts with the research of radical technological innovation, and analyzes the internal factors of enterprises, that is, internal value networks.
The impact and role of disruptive technology innovation (the third chapter) and external factors, namely, the focus of customer market and retail customer market to break through.
The different influence and recognition ability of the technological innovation (the fourth chapter) is different from the conventional technology dominant strategy, and constructs the enterprise.
The "system led strategy" of Technological Development in industry, and puts forward some relevant strategies to deal with breakthroughs in technological innovation (the fifth chapter).
Based on the analysis and research of radical technological innovation, and through the analysis of historical successful technological leapfrogging cases, it concludes that breakthrough is the key.
Technological innovation is an important way to achieve technological leapfrogging. With the conclusion of historical cases, the breakthrough technological innovation has been analyzed to me.
The influence of some industries in China (the sixth chapter). Further research shows that breakthrough technological innovation is the realization of technological leapfrogging.
The key way is concentrated expression: breakthrough technological innovation is the opportunity window for technological leapfrogging, this opportunity window and sustainable technology.
The opportunity window of innovation is different (the seventh chapter). Finally, aiming at the actual situation of China, we put forward some related implementation mechanisms.
