【摘要】： 因特网正在而且已经以前所未有的方式对人类的经济生活形成冲击。因特网及其价值到底是什么？它对企业的影响从何处产生？发展的规律和特点有哪些？进行因特网经营可以从哪些方面展开并如何进行？所有这些都成为企业在扑面而来的因特网浪潮中需要迫切回答的问题。尽管如此，与之相关的研究却相当薄弱。本文在案例分析、理论探讨、调查研究的基础上，对上述问题进行了较为系统的回答。本文的主要结论是： 1．从不同的角度看，，因特网具有不同的性质； 2．因特网的发展有着自身的特点、趋势和规律； 3．它能全方位地降低企业费用和提高企业效率，并能从根本上对企业产生重大影响； 4．因特网经营可分为“构造型”、“基于型”、“借助型”、“面向型”及“治理型”五种类型； 5．因特网经营与传统经营有着重大的差别，它有一整套自己的模式、原则、战略、策略和方法。
[Abstract]:The Internet is and has had an unprecedented impact on human economic life. Int What is the net and its value? Where does its impact on business come from?
