【摘要】：面对中国在 1978 年后的制度变迁的革命性和平稳性,理论界提出了成功的理论解释:渐进的制度转型路径。但是这一渐进路径如何得以实现?是什么内在的逻辑因素支撑着国家和社会在制度转型中采取渐进而不是苏东制度转型的激进? 中国制度变迁最为激烈和明显的领域就是非公有制经济领域及其产生的社会结构带来的社会制度变迁,因此上述问题在这一领域就转化为非公有制经济及其社会结构所涉及的制度变迁的渐进路径何以进行?在对这一制度领域的具体考察过程基础上,本文提出了一个基本架设:非公有制经济的代理组织——中华全国工商业联合会及民间商会 (All-China Federation of Industry Commerce , 简称 ACFIC)提供了国家与社会在制度博弈中载体,从而使二者在制度变迁中的合作博弈得以实现,减少了制度成本。ACFIC 通过对国家和社会的双重代理功能而承担了这一博弈载体的功能。本文应用新政治经济学的制度变迁理论和制度博弈分析的方法,采取实证研究路径,基于 ACFIC 成立后的历史发展,以及 1979 年后的具体功能发挥来论证这一假设。
[Abstract]:In the face of the revolutionary and stable nature of the institutional changes in China after 1978, the theorists have proposed a successful Theoretical explanation: a gradual path of institutional transformation. But how can this gradual path be achieved? What's inside? The logical factors support the country and society to adopt the gradual transformation in the institutional transformation, not the shock of the institutional transformation in the east of the Soviet union In? The most intense and obvious area of institutional change in China is the non-public sector of the economy and its emergence. As a result of the social system changes brought about by the social structure, the above-mentioned problems in this area are translated into non-public sectors of the economy and How does its social structure involve the gradual path of institutional change? Specific to this area of the system On the basis of the investigation process, this paper puts forward a basic setup: China, the agency organization of the non-public ownership economy. All-China Federation of Industry Commerce, ACFICI provides the carrier between the state and the society in the system game, thus making the two in the system change. The cooperative game can be realized, which reduces the system cost. ACFIC through the dual agency to the state and the society. It can bear the function of the game carrier. This paper applies the theory of institutional change of new political economy and the method of institutional game analysis, and adopts empirical research. Research path, based on the historical development after the establishment of ACFIC, as well as the specific function after 1979 to demonstrate This assumption.
