以就业为导向经管类专业创新人才培养模式探析

【摘要】：我国大学生就业形势越来越严峻,经管类专业的毕业生就业压力增大,由于经管人才缺乏实践能力和创新意识,自身的就业能力明显不足。虽然经管类专业的毕业生具备经济管理基础知识和创新创业的专业知识,但是经管类专业的培养过程中目标不明确,路径选择不合理,大批的经管人才不能很好地适应用人单位对人才多样性的要求。当前经管类专业创新人才培养面临的现状不容乐观,因此探究人才培养模式是培养应用型经管类创新人才的重要途径。
[Abstract]:The employment situation of college students in our country is more and more severe, and the employment pressure of graduates majoring in economics and management is increasing. Due to the lack of practical ability and innovative consciousness of economic management talents, their own employment ability is obviously insufficient. Although the graduates of economics and management major have the basic knowledge of economic management and the professional knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship, but the training process of economic management major is not clear goals, the path choice is not reasonable, A large number of management personnel can not meet the needs of talent diversity. At present, the current situation of training innovative talents of economic management specialty is not optimistic, so exploring the mode of talent training is an important way to cultivate applied innovative talents of economic management.
