【摘要】:伴随着科技与经济的飞速发展,科技在人们的社会生产和社会生活中发挥着越来越重要 的作用。在传播学领域里逐渐分化出一个新的分支,科技传播学。科技传播在知识经济社会 起着重要作用,它联接着知识生产和知识应用。在整个人类社会中,科技传播是如何促进经 济发展的,在现代的经济发展现状面前,我们的经济支柱—国有企业以及经济的生力军—民 营企业是如何利用科技传播发展经济的?面对入世后越来越大的冲击,如何加强科技传播, 以使其更好地为经济建设服务,正是本文所要讨论的问题。 文章从史出发,以经济学的新颖视角来分析和研究科技传播,理论分析和案例分析相结 合,深入剖析科技传播现存的问题,并据此提出中肯的建议,以期有助于中国的经济建设。 科技传播现在全球引起了普遍关注,发达的美国和日本在这方面都有所建树,一些有益 的做法是值得我国学习的。历史是最好的老师,本文首先回顾了科技传播的发展渊源。以经 济发展的阶段为标准,将科技传播划分为 3 个阶段:农业经济阶段、工业经济阶段和知识经 济阶段。阐述了不同经济阶段,科技传播的形态和模式演变,充分说明经济发展是科技传播 产生和发展的基础。 第二部分从经济学的角度对科技传播学进行分析。我们知道,科学技术是第一生产力, 而科技物化成生产力必须依赖科技传播,科技传播使科技越来越渗透到生产力的三要素中, 所以一定意义上科技传播也是生产力。技术创新是科技与经济的结合,它不仅包括技术创新 成果本身,还包括成果的推广、扩散和应用过程。一个民族发展的希望就在于创新,而科技 传播可以为技术创新培养科技人才,提供科技信息等,从而有助于技术创新。技术创新为科 技传播提供新的内容和方式,同时科技传播也促进技术创新,两者相互促进。随着经济的不 断发展,大批新兴产业方兴未艾,服务贸易已成为当代社会经济发展的重要组成部分,并呈 现份额不断增加的趋势。科技传播产业化已成为趋势,并将纳入服务贸易领域,将使服务贸 易在国际贸易中的比重不断增大。大力发展科技传播可促进我国的经济发展。 理论必须与实践相结合,作者接着选取了国有企业武钢和民营企业田野集团为典型案例, 具体地分析了各自的科技传播现状及取得的成绩,用事实证明科技传播可大大促进经济的发 展。然后通过大量的事实和数据总结了科技传播速度快、传播范围广、传播方式多样及传播 效果突出的特点,归纳了在科技传播方面取得的成就。并指出了科技传播现存的问题,如对 科技传播重视程度还有待提高,科技传播的产业化、国际化问题等。 最后,针对存在的问题提出了相应对策。首先要对科技传播给予足够的重视,从政策、 资金、人才等各方面对科技传播加以支持。其次要合理选择科技传播方式和内容。还要加强 WP=7 科普,积极推行科技传播产业化,积极参与国际交流等。 科技传播研究是一个新兴的学科,还有待大批有志之士在这方面积极探索并不断使之发 展壮大。比如结合科技传播与可持续发展、与环境保护等的研究,都是与社会发展密切相关 的,也是非常有益的课题。 总之,科技传播是一个大事业,它需要全体社会成员的共同协作和努力。发展科技传播, 政府、企业和科研单位、个人、媒体人人有责。在经济全球化,科技竞争力决定国家竞争力 的今天,科技传播对经济发展的促进作用更为明显,加强科技传播是时代的呼唤。
