十八大以来需要进一步研究的几个政治经济学重大理论问题

【摘要】：十八大以来,经济改革和发展的深入不断提出新的深层次问题,这些问题有些是需要依据新情况新问题作出回答的。其中包括:在基本经济制度方面,混合所有制成为基本经济制度的基本实现形式,在这种实现形式中,如何坚持公有制为主体?在经济运行方面,市场对资源配置起决定性作用,政府如何更好发挥作用?在收入分配制度方面各种要素按贡献和供求参与收入分配,如何实现按劳分配为主体?在发展生产力方面,如何把解放生产力和发展生产力结合起来?在拉动经济增长方面,如何在需求侧和供给侧共同发力。这些问题的理论说明体现中国特色社会主义政治经济学的新进展。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the deepening of economic reform and development has continuously raised new and deep-seated questions, some of which need to be answered according to new circumstances and new questions. These include: in the basic economic system, mixed ownership becomes the basic realization of the basic economic system, in this realization, how to adhere to public ownership as the main body? In terms of economic operation, the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources. How can the government play a better role? In the income distribution system, various elements participate in income distribution according to contribution and supply and demand, how to achieve distribution according to work as the main body? In terms of developing the productive forces, how can we combine the liberation of the productive forces with the development of the productive forces? In terms of stimulating economic growth, how to work together on the demand side and the supply side. The theoretical explanation of these problems reflects the new progress of political economy with Chinese characteristics.
