增强中国特色社会主义政治经济学对经济运行规律的解释力和话语权

【摘要】：研究社会主义市场经济运行规律应该坚持"一般"与"特殊"的两分法,既要研究社会主义市场经济运行中体现出来的现代市场经济一般规律,更要运用马克思主义政治经济学的立场观点方法,从中国经济运行现阶段的实际而不是某些教条出发,进行总结与概括,从而不断彰显中国特色社会主义政治经济学对于经济运行规律的解释力和话语优势。中国特色社会主义政治经济学关于社会主义市场经济运行规律的研究进展,主要体现在经济运行层次的划分、微观经济运行机理、微观监管必要性及其特征、中观经济运行特征、总供给与总需求平衡理论基础、供给管理与需求管理,以及宏观调控的特征、经验、目标及手段,宏观经济波动等八个方面。本文是高等教育出版社出版的《中国特色社会主义政治经济学》"经济运行"篇的概述。
