基于愿景的技术创新战略活动研究

【摘要】:九十年代末,技术创新战略已经成为国内外研究的热点。美国斯坦福大学的罗伯特A.伯格曼教授等人(Robert A . Burgelman etc,1998)把在既有经营领域之外,开辟新的经营领域,改变企业战略,谋求长期竞争优势的技术创新战略活动称之为自发战略活动,并展开了领先研究。在我国,随着改变经济增长方式的技术创新活动不断深入,也突显出自发战略活动研究的重要。论文以该研究为基础以“基于愿景的技术创新战略活动研究”为主题,开展了创新性的“基于愿景的技术创新战略形成活动研究”、“三种企业竞争优势观点的整合研究”与“特定企业群技术创新绩效影响要素调查分析方法与实证研究”。 论文将愿景战略管理的思想引入了自发战略活动研究,提出了“基于愿景的技术创新战略活动”的概念(简称愿景战略活动)。研究结果认为,技术创新活动成功后牵移既有经营领域是愿景战略活动与自发战略活动的共同点;两者的主要区别在于,愿景战略活动受到企业使命和周边关联因素的影响。论文提出了愿景战略形成活动模型,展示出愿景战略形成活动是从创新技术机会源,经过关联因素影响、创新技术发现、竞争力整合比较、战略协调环节到清晰的技术创新战略的处理过程。企业使命和周边关联因素对技术创新战略的影响主要包括:企业使命对经营领域的限定;技术发展规律对创新机会源附加的经营领域牵移活动方式和技术创新路径属性;创新技术发现思维与方法;对技术创新战略的支持。 论文分别研究了以市场战略为基础的竞争优势观点,以资源为基础的竞争优势观点和以顾客价值为基础的竞争优势观点;提出了三者在争取竞争优势中独立存在的局限性,以及三者需要整合的观点。论文提出了三者整合的行业条件,参与整合的主体,适合专家评价的竞争力量化评价方法以及整合模型;以某铁路企业技术创新项目决策的实证举例实践了技术创新方案在不同时段,不同维度上的竞争力量化比较。 论文分析了特定企业群技术创新绩效影响要素的特点,提出了一套特定企业群技术创新绩效影响要素调查分析的方法。在调查问卷的设计中,普遍性影响因素的设定以具有代表性的研究成果中的普遍性影响因素为基础;特殊性影响因素的设定以特定企业群中具有代表性的案例分析结果为基础;客观的调查以调查组、被调查者的结合以及被调查人员的培训为基础。在制定实证研究结论影响要素是否具有普遍性的判定 WP=4 标准中,论文提出了以具有代表性的研究结论中的普遍性影响要素为参照系的判定标准。论文以“特定企业群技术创新绩效影响要素调查分析方法”研究成果为工具,对铁路企业技术创新项目进行了实证研究。结论认为 “战略管理”和“竞争冲击”是影响铁路企业技术创新绩效的主要因素;影响“战略管理”的主要因素是“市场需求”;影响“竞争冲击”的主要因素是“行业演变、政策变化与文化观念”。 愿景战略活动概念的提出丰富了技术创新战略活动研究的领域;引导企业家重视愿景管理在技术创新战略活动中的作用,关注企业使命对新经营领域的限定,重视关联因素对技术创新轨道的作用,减少技术创新可能带来的风险;提高技术创新的效果与效率;增强企业在快速发展中争取长期竞争优势的竞争能力。三种企业竞争优势观整合的研究对当前以资源为基础的竞争优势观点为主流的竞争优势理论是一种创新,是推动企业整体运营和提高效率理论进步的一种尝试。研究成果支持企业技术创新和战略决策。特定企业群技术创新绩效影响要素分析方法与实证研究成果支持特定企业群技术创新战略的调整与发展,同时支持一般企业持续改进技术创新管理。三个课题的研究成果构成了技术创新战略活动的主体。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 90s, technology innovation strategy has become a hot spot of research at home and abroad. Professor Robert A. Bergman (Robert A. Burgelman etc, 1998) of Stanford University, the United States, is called spontaneity in opening new business fields, changing enterprise strategy and seeking long-term competitive advantage. In our country, with the deepening of the technological innovation activities that change the way of economic growth, we also highlight the importance of the research on the development of strategic activities. The study of the new strategy formation activities ", the integration of the three enterprises' competitive advantage viewpoint" and "the investigation and analysis method and the empirical study on the factors influencing the performance of the specific enterprise group technology innovation performance".
The idea of vision strategy management is introduced into the study of voluntary strategic activities, and the concept of "vision based technological innovation strategy activity" is proposed. The results show that the existing management area is the common point of vision strategic activities and spontaneous strategic activities after the success of technological innovation activities; the two are the main factors. The difference is that the vision strategy is affected by the enterprise mission and the surrounding factors. The thesis puts forward the activity model of the vision strategy, and shows that the formation of vision strategy is from the source of the innovation technology opportunity, the influence of the related factors, the innovation of technology discovery, the comparison of competitiveness, the strategic coordination link to the clear technological innovation. This paper studies the competitive advantage view based on the market strategy, the view of the competitive advantage based on the resource and the viewpoint of competitive advantage based on the customer value, and puts forward the limitations of the independent existence of the three parties in the competitive advantage and the view point for the integration of the three parties. The paper puts forward the industrial conditions for the integration of the three parties. With the main body of integration, the quantitative evaluation method and integration model of the competitiveness are suitable for the expert evaluation, and the quantitative comparison of the competitiveness of the technical innovation scheme in different periods and different dimensions is carried out with an example of a railway enterprise technical innovation project.
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the factors influencing the performance of technical innovation performance of a specific enterprise group, and puts forward a set of methods for the investigation and analysis of the factors affecting the technical innovation performance of a specific enterprise group. In the design of the questionnaire, the setting of the universal influencing factors is based on the universal influence factors in the representative research results; the special influence causes the factors. The concept of vision strategy enriches the field of research on technological innovation strategy activities, guides the entrepreneurs to attach importance to the role of vision management in the strategic activities of technological innovation, pays attention to the limitation of enterprise mission to the new management field, attaches importance to the role of related factors to the technological innovation track, reduces the possible risks brought by technological innovation, and improves the technology of technology innovation. The research on the integration of three enterprises' competitive advantage view is a kind of innovation for the competitive advantage theory which is the mainstream of the current resource based competitive advantage view, which is a kind of promotion of the overall operation of the enterprise and the improvement of the efficiency theory. The research results support the technological innovation and strategic decision of the enterprise. The analysis method of the influence factors of the technical innovation performance of the specific enterprise group and the positive research results support the adjustment and development of the technology innovation strategy of the specific enterprise group, and support the continuous improvement of the technical innovation management of the general enterprise. The research results of the three topics constitute the technological innovation. The main body of the strategic activity.
