【摘要】：正如今市面上介绍稻盛和夫经营之道的出版物虽说不少,却大多经过了加工过滤,多了一丝说教,而少了那份现场讲演或对话的鲜活感。幸运的是,稻盛和夫又有一本新书在中国出版。这本《匠人匠心:愚直的坚持》,是稻盛与比他年轻整整一代人的诺贝尔生理学和医学奖得主山中伸弥的对话录叙述轻松自然,给人以很强的在场感,正好弥补了上述缺憾。尽管一路读来毫不费劲,这本书的信息量却不小,读罢此书,不仅能了解稻盛身上"圣"的一面,还能通过其本人之口,了解他何以如此。
[Abstract]:Although there are plenty of publications on the market today, most of them are processed and filtered, with a little bit of lecture, and less of a live lecture or conversation. Fortunately, a new book has been published in China. This "craftsman's mind: a foolish insistence" is the relaxed and natural narration of Miyako Yamanaka, the Nobel Prize winner in physiology and medicine, who is a generation younger than him, and gives a strong sense of presence, which makes up for the above deficiencies. Though it was easy to read, the book contained a great deal of information. After reading it, you could understand not only the "holy" side of Inamori, but also why it was so through his own mouth.
