中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论属性

【摘要】：构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学,需要科学理解和准确把握其理论属性。有人认为当代西方经济学是唯一科学的"现代经济学",连"中国特色社会主义政治经济学"这个概念都是不成立的。事实上,政治经济学或经济学从来都是一门具有历史性、社会性、阶级性和国别性的社会科学,因而,构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学具有充分的合理性和可能性。同时,中国特色社会主义经济发展实践不仅为中国特色社会主义政治经济学提供了事实依据和基础,而且也对其提出了迫切的现实需要,从而使得构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学具有足够的可行性和必要性。中国特色社会主义发展道路的独特性,决定了中国特色社会主义政治经济学是不同于西方经济学范式和传统社会主义政治经济学范式的一种新的政治经济学范式。
[Abstract]:To construct political economy with Chinese characteristics, we need to understand and accurately grasp its theoretical attributes. Some people think that contemporary western economics is the only scientific "modern economics", even the concept of "political economy with Chinese characteristics" is untenable. In fact, political economy or economics has always been a social science with historical, social, class and national characteristics. Therefore, it is reasonable and possible to construct political economy with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, the practice of the economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics not only provides a factual basis and foundation for the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also puts forward an urgent practical need for it. Therefore, it is feasible and necessary to construct socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. The unique development of socialism with Chinese characteristics determines that the political economy with Chinese characteristics is a new political economic paradigm different from the western economic paradigm and the traditional socialist political economic paradigm.
