广东生态发展区生态系统非使用价值评估

【摘要】：评估与测算生态系统服务功能价值是推进生态文明建设的一项基础性和战略性的工作,也是促进人们对生态系统服务功能价值认同与市场实现的重要工作。运用(CVM)方法,采用大样本的网上调查技术和多元统计分析方法,对广东生态发展区的生态系统服务功能的非使用价值进行了评估与测算。检验结果初步说明,居民的收入、职称、对生态区的了解、对生态服务价值重要性的认知、对生态区的关注程度等因素与对生态发展区生态补偿的支付意愿具有较大的相关性,而受教育程度、居住地和职业等因素的差异对支付意愿影响较小。统计分析还表明,绝大多数的广东省内居民对广东省政府和中央政府加大生态发展区生态补偿力度的政策持支持态度。
[Abstract]:Evaluating and calculating the value of ecosystem service function is a basic and strategic work to promote the construction of ecological civilization. It is also an important work to promote the recognition of ecosystem service function value and the realization of market. Using CVM method, the non-use value of ecosystem service function in Guangdong ecological development area was evaluated and calculated by using large sample online survey technology and multivariate statistical analysis method. The results show that the income, title, understanding of ecological areas, the importance of ecological services, the degree of attention to ecological areas and the willingness to pay for ecological compensation in ecological development areas have a greater correlation with the residents' income, title, understanding of ecological areas, the importance of ecological services, and the degree of concern to ecological areas. However, differences in education, residence and occupation had little effect on willingness to pay. The statistical analysis also shows that the vast majority of residents in Guangdong Province support the Guangdong Provincial Government and the central government to increase the ecological compensation policy in the ecological development area.
