县域经济竞争力培育研究

【摘要】： 县域经济是区域经济最基层的单元，对县域经济的理论研究属于区域经济学科的范畴。因而，县域经济运行具有区域经济运行的一般规律，对区域经济较为成熟的研究也为县域经济的研究提供了坚实的基础。 目前，县域经济在国民经济中占很大比重。据统计，我国有10.8亿以上人口居住在县域范围内，占全国总人口的85％以上。因此，县域经济在我国具有非常重要的地位，这也是我国经济还处在发展阶段所具有的重要特点。 但是，当前仍有不少县域经济，特别是西部地区的县域经济存在一些问题，如劳动力就业不充分，农民收入增长缓慢，县乡政府财政困难，群众生活困难等情况较为普遍。 因此，，如何增强县域经济竞争力是一个现实而紧迫的问题，本文以此为切入点，力求找出一些规律性的东西，并从中探求一些解决之道，为县域经济理论和实践的发展作一些大胆的尝试。
[Abstract]:County economy is the most basic unit of regional economy. Therefore, the operation of county economy has the general law of regional economic operation, and the more mature research on regional economy also provides a solid foundation for the study of county economy. At present, the county economy accounts for a large proportion of the national economy. According to statistics, China has more than 1.08 billion people living in the county area, accounting for more than 85% of the total population. Therefore, the county economy has a very important position in our country, which is also an important characteristic of the development stage of our country economy. However, there are still some problems in the county economy, especially in the western region, such as insufficient employment of labor force, slow growth of farmers' income, financial difficulties of county and township governments, and difficulties in people's life. Therefore, how to strengthen the competitiveness of county economy is a realistic and urgent problem. For the county economic theory and practice of the development of a number of bold attempts.
