市场风险和国家福利政策对教育专业化程度影响的模型分析

【摘要】：本文构造了一个一般均衡模型去探索调整援助对劳动分工的影响。在规模报酬递增和每个行业生产效率不确定性的条件下，生产效率和风险之间存在着一种选择。本文的模型证明了在存在调整援助的情况下，它使得更多的人愿意改变他们的职业，降低了获得收入的风险，同时也促进了劳动分工。再者，因为劳动分工的优化存在着外部性，所以调整援助不仅可以在预期效用上，，也在某些情况下的效用水平上得到了帕累托改进。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs a general equilibrium model to explore the effect of adjustment aid on the division of labor. There is a choice between production efficiency and risk under the condition of increasing returns of scale and uncertainty of production efficiency in each industry. The model of this paper proves that in the case of adjustment assistance, it makes more people willing to change their occupation, reduces the risk of earning income, and promotes the division of labor. Furthermore because of the externality of the division of labor adjustment aid can be improved not only in the expected utility but also in the utility level in some cases.
