京津冀地区生态系统服务价值变化及其与经济增长的关系

【摘要】：京津冀地区在经济快速发展的同时,也正面临着日益严重的生态环境问题。片面地追求经济增长速度,导致这一地区生态系统服务功能不断退化。经济增长和生态系统承载力之间的矛盾冲突已经成为京津冀地区社会经济可持续发展的重要制约因素。文章根据1990~2010年京津冀地区各类生态系统类型的面积变化,计算比较了京津冀三地生态系统服务价值的变化,并从生态系统与经济发展协调程度、生态系统的经济绩效两个角度分析了这一变化与京津冀地区经济增长的关系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are facing more and more serious ecological problems. The one-sided pursuit of economic growth rate leads to the degradation of ecosystem service function in this area. The conflict between economic growth and ecosystem carrying capacity has become an important restriction factor for the sustainable development of social economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Based on the area changes of various ecosystem types in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 1990 to 2010, this paper calculates and compares the changes of ecosystem service value in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the degree of coordination between ecosystem and economic development. The relationship between this change and economic growth in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is analyzed from two angles of ecosystem economic performance.
