经济应用型人才培养中校企合作模式分析

【摘要】：在本科经济应用型人才培养中,校企合作模式相对较少,主要有专业实习、第二课堂合作、企业人才进修等模式。这些合作模式对推进高等教育的发展起到重要作用,但也存在着很多问题如教育重点与岗位要求脱节、校企沟通不畅等。这些问题在相当长的一段时间内存在并严重阻碍的校企合作的深化发展,据此本文提出了相应的解决措施。
[Abstract]:In the undergraduate training of economic applied talents, there are relatively few models of cooperation between schools and enterprises, such as professional practice, second classroom cooperation, and enterprise talents training and so on. These modes of cooperation play an important role in promoting the development of higher education, but there are also many problems such as the disconnection between the emphasis of education and the requirements of the post, the poor communication between schools and enterprises and so on. These problems exist in a long period of time and seriously hinder the further development of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
