【摘要】：当前,世界各国依然处于经济全球化深入发展的大环境之中,在秉持人类命运共同体发展的基调之上,发展的不平衡性与财富分配的不合理问题,仍然是阻碍发展中国家前进的绊脚石。世界经济论坛发布的《2014年全球风险报告》曾评估指出:贫富鸿沟可能是未来十年最为严重的全球性风险。我国在“十二五”期间虽巩固了贸易大国的地位,但“大而不强”却始终制约着进一步发展,如何追补、缩短与西方国家的差距,在世界市场争取合理的利益分配,是我们不懈追求的目标。马克思“世界市场”理论在思想源泉之端散发着智慧的星火,从分配合理性的角度,揭开“世界市场”神秘的面纱,成为“中国梦”以及两个一百年奋斗目标实现的直接向导。本文以马克思“世界市场”理论的实质研究为侧重点,在理论界学者研究的基础之上,强调发展的公平性问题,进而引申出“破瓶颈”、“补短板”的中国式发展策略。文章整体除导论以外,沿三个部分展开论述:第一部分,对马克思“世界市场”理论产生的历史背景做基础性分析。资本主义生产方式的确立与科学技术的初步应用是其产生的经济基础,资产阶级主导历史发展潮流与新航路的开拓是其出现的社会根源,黑格尔“世界历史”思想与古典经济学的分工理论则是其理论来源。第二部分,系统阐述了其理论体系的科学内涵。首先,“世界市场”包含了双重意蕴:一是随着人类历史发展经济全球化到来,二是资本主义掌控世界市场发展规律。其次,重点对第二层内涵做深入分析。从形成、格局、资本流向与贸易往来等方面对“世界市场”做横截面的剖析,发现“世界市场”的不平等性问题长期存在。与资本主义国家在尖端科技、自主创新领域的差距,是造成劣势分工进而引发隐性剥削的症结所在,也是导致世界范围内公平性问题的产生的根源。最后,马克思预言了全球化趋势与世界市场危机的产生。第三部分,从理论与现实的视角,阐述马克思“世界市场”理论深远影响与现实意义。一方面,马克思“世界市场”理论对帝国主义论、依附理论、世界体系理论影响深远。另一方面,给予我国发展启示:以积极的融入“世界市场”新格局为前提,关键要突破技术瓶颈,提高自主创新能力,填补知识型人才的空缺,逐步转变劣势的国际分工地位,提升国际竞争力。
[Abstract]:At present, the countries of the world are still in the environment of the deep development of economic globalization, and on the basis of the tone of the development of the human destiny community, the imbalance of development and the unreasonable distribution of wealth. It remains a stumbling block to the progress of developing countries. The World Economic Forum's Global risk report 2014 has assessed that the wealth gap may be the most serious global risk in the next decade. Although China consolidated its position as a trading power during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, "big but not strong" has always restricted further development, how to remedy the gap with western countries and strive for a reasonable distribution of benefits in the world market. Is our unremitting pursuit of the goal. Marx's theory of "world market" exudes a spark of wisdom at the end of the source of thought. From the angle of rationality of distribution, it uncovers the mysterious veil of "world market" and becomes the direct guide of "Chinese Dream" and the realization of two hundred years' goals. This paper focuses on the essential research of Marx's theory of "world market", emphasizes the fairness of development on the basis of the research of scholars in theoretical circles, and then generalizes the Chinese development strategy of "breaking the bottleneck" and "mending the short board". In addition to the introduction, the whole article is discussed in three parts: the first part is the basic analysis of the historical background of Marx's "world market" theory. The establishment of capitalist mode of production and the initial application of science and technology are its economic foundation, and the bourgeoisie dominates the historical development trend and the development of new routes is the social root of its emergence. Hegel's thought of "World History" and the theory of division of labor in classical economics are its theoretical source. In the second part, the scientific connotation of its theoretical system is expounded systematically. Firstly, the "world market" contains two meanings: first, with the arrival of economic globalization in the development of human history, the second is that capitalism controls the law of the development of the world market. Second, focus on the second layer of connotation in-depth analysis. This paper analyzes the cross section of "world market" from the aspects of formation, pattern, capital flow and trade, and finds that the inequality of "world market" exists for a long time. The gap between capitalist countries and capitalist countries in the fields of cutting-edge science and technology and independent innovation is the crux of the division of labor in inferiority and then leads to hidden exploitation. It is also the root of the problem of equity in the world. Finally, Marx predicted the trend of globalization and the emergence of the world market crisis. The third part, from the perspective of theory and reality, expounds the profound influence and practical significance of Marx's "world market" theory. On the one hand, Marx's "world market" theory has profound influence on imperialism theory, dependence theory and world system theory. On the other hand, we should give our country some enlightenment: on the premise of actively integrating into the new pattern of "world market", the key is to break through the bottleneck of technology, improve the ability of independent innovation, fill the vacancy of knowledge talents, and gradually change the inferior position of international division of labor.
