虚拟经济交易费用论

【摘要】： 虚拟经济是经济高度发展的产物，目前其总体规模已经超过了实体经济。虚拟经济的发展在给世界经济带来活力的同时，也给世界经济体系尤其是金融体系带来了极大的不确定性。因此研究虚拟经济的本质运行规律具有重要的理论与现实意义。 论文首先探讨了关于虚拟经济的若干问题，区分了几种易混淆的概念，然后直入主题，点出本文的研究目的和结论，即给出虚拟经济得以产生、发展的经济解释，得出发展虚拟经济的关键在于降低交易费用，在这部分笔者从宏观上对文章的组织框架作了介绍；其次，结合着虚拟经济，文章对本研究的理论基础——新制度经济学作了简评，主要是围绕着科斯的交易费用学说和诺斯的制度变迁理论从虚拟经济的角度展开。这是必要的，因为在笔者看来，虚拟经济就是降低交易费用过程出现的制度变迁现象；第三部分是文章的中心，笔者提出了降低交易费用的理论假说，然后指出虚拟经济实际上就是为降低交易费用而出现的制度变迁。因此，降低交易费用是发展虚拟经济的关键所在，，之后文章给出了虚拟经济中交易费用的来源，这就为我们降低交易费用提供了可能，最后文章指出了虚拟经济的成本和收益；文章的第四部分，笔者将目光转移到我国，从制度经济学的角度为我国虚拟经济的发展过程作了阶段性的划分，最后指出了我国虚拟经济当前存在地问题，尤其是我国当前存在的社会信用体系不健全，导致了失信从而交易费用过高，导致虚拟经济不振的原因，并提出了相应对策。笔者认为发展我国虚拟经济必须建立社会信用体系，减少政府对虚拟经济的干预的同时，加强对虚拟经济的监管。
[Abstract]:Virtual economy is the outcome of high economic development, its overall scale has exceeded the real economy. The development of virtual economy not only brings vitality to the world economy, but also brings great uncertainty to the world economic system, especially the financial system. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the essential law of virtual economy. This paper first discusses some problems about virtual economy, differentiates several confusing concepts, then goes directly to the subject, and points out the purpose and conclusion of this paper, that is, the economic explanation of the emergence and development of virtual economy. The key to the development of virtual economy is to reduce transaction costs. In this part, the author introduces the organizational framework of the article from the macro perspective; Secondly, combined with the fictitious economy, this paper makes a brief review on the theoretical basis of this research, namely, the new institutional economics, which mainly focuses on the transaction cost theory of Coase and the institutional change theory of North from the perspective of fictitious economy. This is necessary, because in my opinion, virtual economy is the institutional change phenomenon in the process of reducing transaction costs; The third part is the center of the article. The author puts forward the hypothesis of reducing transaction cost, and then points out that virtual economy is the institutional change in order to reduce transaction cost. Therefore, reducing transaction cost is the key to develop virtual economy, then the paper gives the source of transaction cost in virtual economy, which provides the possibility for us to reduce transaction cost. Finally, the paper points out the cost and benefit of virtual economy; In the fourth part of the article, the author shifts his eyes to our country, divides the development process of our country's fictitious economy from the angle of institutional economics, and finally points out the existing problems of our country's virtual economy. Especially, the existing social credit system in our country is not perfect, which leads to the high transaction cost, and causes the virtual economy to be depressed, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The author thinks that it is necessary to establish the social credit system to develop the virtual economy in our country, to reduce the government's intervention in the virtual economy, and to strengthen the supervision of the virtual economy at the same time.
