产业技术创新联盟创新网络进化研究

【摘要】:当前创新网络已经成为学术界的研究焦点,各个领域的学者从不同的研究视角对创新网络进行了研究;研究重点也从传统的静态分析向动态进化转变,从宏观层次的专业协作、规模经济和范围经济等传统集聚经济角度向微观层次的网络成员互动、知识扩散、集体学习及动态进化;而产业技术创新联盟作为国家创新体系中重要一环,从动态进化的视角研究其创新网络更具有现实意义。 本文在理论研究的基础之上分析了产业技术创新联盟创新网络的生成机制,回答了联盟创新网络是如何生成的,以及各个网络节点是如何连接的问题,阐述了联盟创新网络的基本结构;运用问卷调查与因子分析、回归分析的方法探讨联盟创新网络进化的影响因素,研究了联盟创新网络的进化模式,包括企业主导、高校主导和政府主导三种典型模式;剖析了联盟创新网络的进化过程,进而归纳出联盟创新网络进化路径,即由简单到复杂,低级到高级;最终提出促进联盟创新网络进化升级措施建议,即需在构建协同创新网络、完善运行机制、政府积极引导三个方面多做工作。
[Abstract]:At present, innovation network has become the focus of academic research. Scholars in various fields have studied innovation network from different perspectives. The focus of the research is also from the traditional static analysis to the dynamic evolution, from the macro level of professional cooperation, economies of scale and scope economy to the micro level of network members interaction, knowledge diffusion, Collective learning and dynamic evolution; As an important part of national innovation system, industrial technological innovation alliance has practical significance to study its innovation network from the angle of dynamic evolution. Based on the theoretical research, this paper analyzes the generation mechanism of industrial technological innovation alliance innovation network, and answers the question of how the alliance innovation network is generated and how each network node is connected. The basic structure of alliance innovation network is expounded. By means of questionnaire survey, factor analysis and regression analysis, this paper discusses the influencing factors of the evolution of alliance innovation network, and studies the evolution mode of alliance innovation network, including three typical models: enterprise leading, university leading and government leading. The evolution process of alliance innovation network is analyzed, and then the evolution path of alliance innovation network is concluded, that is, from simple to complex, from low level to high level; Finally, the paper puts forward some measures to promote the evolution and upgrading of alliance innovation network, that is, it is necessary to construct collaborative innovation network, perfect the operation mechanism and actively guide the government to do more work in three aspects.
