共享时代下的企业知识创造——关系强度与合作模式的作用研究

【摘要】:基于知识基础理论,构建了"关系强度—合作模式—知识创造"的逻辑链条,研究企业间关系强度如何通过合作模式影响企业知识创造,以及环境不确定性对关系强度与合作模式之间关系的调节效应。以我国305家制造类企业为样本,运用实证分析方法对相关假设进行验证。结果表明:企业间关系强度对企业知识创造存在显著的正向作用;股权式合作在关系强度与企业知识创造中起中介作用;股权式合作对企业知识创造的作用大于契约式合作;外部环境的不确定性正向调节关系强度与合作模式间的关系。其中,市场不确定性正向调节关系强度与股权式合作模式间的关系;技术不确定性正向调节关系强度与契约式合作模式的关系。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of knowledge foundation, this paper constructs the logical chain of "relationship intensity-cooperation mode-knowledge creation", and studies how the strength of inter-firm relationship affects enterprise knowledge creation through cooperation mode. And the effect of environmental uncertainty on the relationship between relationship intensity and cooperation model. With 305 manufacturing enterprises in China as a sample, empirical analysis method is used to verify the relevant assumptions. The results show that the strength of inter-firm relationship has a significant positive effect on enterprise knowledge creation, equity cooperation plays an intermediary role in relationship intensity and enterprise knowledge creation, equity cooperation plays a greater role in enterprise knowledge creation than contractual cooperation. The uncertainty of the external environment positively regulates the relationship between the intensity of the relationship and the mode of cooperation. Among them, the relationship between the intensity of positive regulatory relationship of market uncertainty and the equity cooperation model, and the relationship between the intensity of positive regulatory relationship of technical uncertainty and contractual cooperation mode.
